The invention claimed is: 1. A top-emitting organic electroluminescence device comprising sequentially a first electrode, one or more organic layers comprising an emitting layer, a second electrode and a capping layer, wherein the capping layer comprises a compound represented by the following formula (1); wherein X 1 is an S atom or an O atom and Y 1 is an atom selected from S, N and O; when Y 1 is S or O, n is 0, and when Y 1 is N, n is 1; Ar 1 , Ar 3 , Ar 21 and Ar 22 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; L 1 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms; Ar 3 and Ar 1 may be bonded with each other by a single bond or a double bond to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring; when n is 0 and L 1 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, L 1 and Ar 21 may be bonded with each other by a single bond or a double bond to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring; and when n is 1 and L 1 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, L 1 and Ar 21 , Ar 21 and Ar 22 and L 1 and Ar 22 may be bonded with each other by a single hood or a double hood to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring. 2. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 and Ar 3 are bonded by a single bond or a double bond. 3. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by the above formula (1) is a compound represented by the following formula (2); wherein L 1 , Ar 3 , X 1 and Ar 1 are as defined in claim 1 ; Ar 21 and Ar 22 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; and at least one pair of Ar 21 and Ar 22 and Ar 1 and Ar 3 is bonded with each other by a single bond. 4. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by the formula (1) is a compound represented by the following formula (3A); wherein X is an S atom or an O atom; R 1 to R 4 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; i, j and l are independently an integer of 0 to 4 and k is an integer of 0 to 3, and when i, j, k or l are independently 2 or more, each group may be the same or different; and L 1 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms. 5. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 4 , wherein at least one of R 1 and/or at least one of R 2 is a substituted or unsubstituted carbazole group or a ring comprising a carbazole ring as a partial structure. 6. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by the above formula (1) is a compound represented by the following compound (4): wherein L 1 , Ar 3 , X 1 and Ar 1 are as defined in claim 1 ; X 2 is an S atom or an O atom; Ar 21 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; and at least, one pair of Ar 21 and L 1 and Ar 1 and Ar 3 are bonded with each other by a single bond. 7. A top-emitting organic electroluminescence device comprising sequentially a first electrode, one or more organic layers comprising an emitting layer, a second electrode and a capping layer; the capping layer comprising a compound represented by the following formula (11), wherein Ar 31 and Ar 32 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; Ar 33 is a bonding group; As 1 is a group represented by the following formula (11a); and As 2 is a group represented by the following formula (11b); r is an integer of 1 to 3; at least one of Ar 33 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms, and when r is 2 or more, Ar 33 may be the same or different; and at least one combination of Ar 31 and Ar 33 , Ar 32 and Ar 33 , As 1 and Ar 33 , and As 2 and Ar 33 is bonded with each other by a single bond or a double bond to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring; wherein Ar 34 and Ar 35 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms: HAr 1 and HAr 2 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; p and q are independently an integer of 0 to 3, and when p is 2 or more, Ar 34 may he the same or different, and when q is 2 or more, Ar 35 may be the same or different; provided that when Ar 31 and Ar 33 are bonded and r is 2 or more, Ar 31 is bonded to the nearest Ar 33 of plural Ar 33 ; when Ar 32 and Ar 33 are bonded and r is 2 or more, Ar 32 is bonded to the nearest Ar 33 of plural Ar 33 ; when As 1 and Ar 33 are bonded, p is 0 and r is 2 or more, HAr 1 is bonded to Ar 33 of plural Ar 33 which is the nearest to HAr 1 , and when As 1 and Ar 33 are bonded, p is not 0 and r is 2 or more, Ar 33 and Ar 34 which are the nearest with each other are bonded; and when As 2 and Ar 33 are bonded, q is 0 and r is 2 or more, HAr 2 is bonded to Ar 33 of plural Ar 33 which is the nearest to HAr 2 and when As 2 and Ar 33 are bonded, q is not 0 and r is 2 or more, Ar 33 and Ar 35 which are the nearest with each other are bonded. 8. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 7 , wherein at least one of Ar 31 and Ar 32 in the formula (11) is a group represented by the following formula (12); wherein Ar 41 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms. 9. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 7 , wherein at least one of As 1 and As 2 in the formula (11) is a group represented by the following formula (13); wherein Ar 36 is an aromatic ring group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, HAr is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 20 ring atoms; R 11 is a substituent; t is an interger of 0 to 4, and when t is 2 or more, R 11 may be the same or different; s is an interger of 0 to 2, and when s is 2, Ar 36 may be the same or d
