Compounds and pharmaceutical compositions that modulate kinase activity, including PI3 kinase activity, and compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of treatment of diseases and conditions associated with kinase activity, including PI3 kinase activity, are described herein.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound of the formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable form is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, enantiomer, or a mixture of enantiomers. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable form is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, enantiomer, or a mixture of enantiomers. 3. A compound of the formula: 4.
