Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A card 1 includes: a card substrate 10 ; a transparent hologram layer 20 on a part of the substrate 10 ; and a surface layer 30 comprising a print layer 40 on the substrate 10 and the layer 20 , is formed by a transparent material, and is printed with a color similar to the upper surface of the substrate 10 . When a card surface 1 a is viewed from the normal line, the layer 40 has the same color shading compared to the upper surface of the substrate 10 , at the edge portion 22 of the layer 20 . The layer 40 includes a gradation portion 43 wherein the color is gradually lighter from an outer edge portion 43 a at the inner side of the edge portion 22 of the layer 20 toward the inner portion, a window portion 44 is formed at an image 21 portion of the layer 20.

The invention claimed is: 1. A laminated body having a hologram, comprising: a substrate including a top surface having a top surface color; a transparent hologram layer laminated on a part of a region of the substrate, the transparent hologram layer including an edge portion, a second portion that is inward of and adjacent to the edge portion and is transparent, a third portion that is inward of and adjacent to the second portion of the transparent hologram layer, and a hologram image disposed on the third portion of the transparent hologram layer; and a surface layer that is laminated above the substrate and the transparent hologram layer, wherein the surface layer is formed from a transparent material, and has a print layer printed in a print color that is the same as the top surface color of the substrate, the print layer including: a print shading portion which has a shading equal to a top surface shading of the top surface of the substrate, wherein the print shading portion overlaps the edge portion of the transparent hologram layer such that the edge portion is hidden when the print layer is viewed in a direction of a normal line with respect to a top surface of the print layer; and a gradation portion disposed inwardly of and surrounded by the print shading portion, wherein the gradation portion overlaps the second portion of the transparent hologram layer, wherein a gradation shading of the gradation portion decreases gradually towards the third portion of the transparent hologram layer, starting from an equal amount of shading as the print shading portion; wherein the third portion of the transparent hologram layer is visible inward of the gradation portion, wherein at the print shading portion which overlaps with the edge portion of the transparent hologram layer, the print color of the print shading portion is seen and the edge portion of the transparent hologram layer is hidden, wherein at the gradation portion where an amount of visibility of the substance through a transparent portion of the transparent hologram layer increases gradually as the color shading of the gradation portion decreases gradually towards the third portion of the transparent hologram layer, the print color of the gradation portion is seen in combination with the top surface color of the top surface of the substrate located below the gradation portion, and wherein at the region more inward than the gradation portion, the top surface of the substrate is seen as a color the same as the print color of the print layer at a transparent portion of the transparent hologram layer through the transparent portion, and the hologram image is seen at a region of the hologram image of the transparent hologram layer. 2. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , wherein the top surface of the substrate and the print layer are dark colors. 3. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 2 , wherein the substrate includes: at least two substrate layers, and an adhesion layer that bonds between layers of the at least two substrate layers. 4. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 2 , comprising: an emboss in a region of the transparent hologram layer, when viewing the top surface of the laminated body in a normal line direction. 5. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , wherein the substrate includes: at least two substrate layers, and an adhesion layer that bonds between layers of the at least two substrate layers. 6. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 5 , comprising: an emboss in a region of the transparent hologram layer, when viewing the top surface of the laminated body in a normal line direction. 7. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , comprising: an emboss in a region of the transparent hologram layer, when viewing the top surface of the laminated body in a normal line direction. 8. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 7 , comprising: a printing adhesive layer that is provided by way of printing on the top surface of the substrate, and bonds between the substrate and the surface layer, and between the substrate and the hologram layer. 9. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 8 , wherein the hologram is a Lippmann type hologram. 10. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , comprising: a printing adhesive layer that is provided by way of printing on the top surface of the card substrate, and bonds between the substrate and the surface layer, and between the substrate and the hologram layer. 11. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , wherein the print layer is provided on a lower surface of the surface layer. 12. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 wherein the print layer is provided on a top surface of the surface layer. 13. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , wherein the top surface of the laminated body is matt finished. 14. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , wherein the hologram is a Lippmann type hologram. 15. The laminated body having a hologram according to claim 1 , wherein the laminated body is a card.
