The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet bundle binding processing apparatus capable of performing a binding process on a sheet bundle inserted to a manual setting portion of an apparatus housing and a binding process on a sheet bundle introduced to a processing tray with a common stapling unit having a simple unit moving mechanism therefor as well as facilitating staple replenishment. The present invention comprises a sheet bundle binding processing apparatus including a processing tray on which sheets are stacked, a binding device which staple-binds a sheet bundle stacked on the processing tray, and a manual setting portion to which a sheet bundle is set from the outside of the apparatus, the binding device being arranged to be movable among a first position where a sheet bundle stacked on the processing tray is to be bound, a second position where a sheet bundle set at the manual setting portion is to be bound, and a third position where staples are replenished to the binding device.

What is claimed is: 1. A sheet bundle binding processing apparatus, comprising: a stacking unit on which sheets are stacked; a binding device which binds a sheet bundle by a staple; and a manual setting portion to which a sheet bundle is set from an outside of the apparatus, wherein the binding device is arranged to be movable among a first position where the binding device binds a sheet bundle which has been stacked on the stacking unit, a second position where the binding device binds a sheet bundle which has been set at the manual setting portion, and a third position where staples are replenished to the binding device. 2. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: an apparatus frame; and an external casing which covers the apparatus frame, wherein a manual setting face for setting a sheet bundle from the outside to the manual setting portion is formed at the external casing, and the manual setting face and the stacking unit are arranged at the apparatus frame to support sheets approximately on the same plane. 3. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: an apparatus frame; and an external casing which covers the apparatus frame, wherein a manual setting face for setting a sheet bundle from the outside to the manual setting portion is formed at the external casing, and an open-close cover is arranged at the external casing at a position being different from the manual setting portion. 4. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the stacking unit is structured to stack sheets conveyed to a predetermined conveying direction, and the manual setting portion is arranged at a downstream of the open-close cover in the predetermined conveying direction. 5. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the first position and the second position are set in order from a rear of the apparatus to a front of the apparatus. 6. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the first position and the third position are set in order from the rear of the apparatus to the front of the apparatus. 7. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the first position and the third position are set in order from a rear of the apparatus to a front of the apparatus. 8. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first position include a plurality of positions. 9. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the binding device is supported by a travel guide to be rotatable, and the binding device is rotated from the third position to the second position by the travel guide. 10. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the travel guide includes a rail member which supports the binding device to be reciprocatably by a predetermined stroke, and a cam member which regulates angular posture of the binding device supported by the rail member. 11. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the rail member includes a rail face which guides the binding device to be movable among multi-binding positions where a binding process is performed on a plurality of positions at a sheet tailing end edge, a corner binding position where a binding process is performed on a sheet corner set in the sheet introducing area, the second position, and the third position, and the cam member includes a cam face which varies angular posture of the binding device between the corner binding position and the staple replenishment position. 12. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a press binding device which performs non-staple process on a sheet bundle, which has been stacked on the stacking unit. 13. An image forming system, comprising: an image forming unit which forms an image on a sheet; and a binding processing unit which collates and stacks sheets fed from the image forming unit and performs a binding process thereon, wherein the binding processing unit is the sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 . 14. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the stacking unit is arranged at a position different from the manual setting portion. 15. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the stacking unit and the manual setting portion are arranged in order from a rear of the apparatus to a front of the apparatus. 16. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first position and the second position are set in order from a rear of the apparatus to a front of the apparatus. 17. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the first position and the third position are set in order from the rear of the apparatus to the front of the apparatus. 18. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first position and the third position are set in order from a rear of the apparatus to a front of the apparatus. 19. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the binding device is structured to move from the first position to the second position through the third position. 20. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the binding device is movable in a sheet introducing area including a plurality of binding positions which is mutually distanced, and movable in a manual feeding area between the second position on a manual setting face and the third position. 21. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the stacking unit stacks sheets conveyed by a sheet conveying portion. 22. A sheet bundle binding processing apparatus, comprising: a binding device which binds a sheet bundle by a staple; a manual setting portion to which a sheet bundle is set from an outside of the apparatus; and a stacking unit on which sheets are stacked, wherein the binding device is arranged to be movable among a first position where the binding device binds a sheet bundle which has been set at the manual setting portion, and a second position where staples are replenished to the binding device, and wherein the binding device binds a sheet bundle which has been stacked on the stacking unit. 23. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 22 , wherein the stacking unit is arranged at a position different from the manual setting portion. 24. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 22 , wherein the stacking unit and the manual setting portion are arranged in order from a rear of the apparatus to a front of the apparatus. 25. The sheet bundle binding processing apparatus according to claim 22 , wherein the stacking unit stacks sheets conveyed by a sheet conveying portion.
