We claim: 1. A method of inducing an immune response in a subject comprising administering to the subject a polypeptide comprising: (a) an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 810; (b) a fragment of SEQ ID NO: 810, wherein the fragment of SEQ ID NO: 810 comprises at least 20 consecutive amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 810 and the fragment is a B-cell epitope for extra intestinal pathogenic E.coli (ExPEC) and meningitis associated E.coli (MNEC); or (c) an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 810 and including a fragment of at least 20 consecutive amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 810 that includes a B-cell epitope of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 810. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the immune response is a protective immune response against an ExPEC infection. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the immune response is a protective immune response against an MNEC infection. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide is administered as a pharmaceutical composition in admixture with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein two are more polypeptides comprising (a), (b), or (c) are administered to the subject. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide is administered as a composition further comprising an adjuvant.
