The invention claimed is: 1. A tool carrier unit of a tool magazine, comprising: a body frame installed across a first tool magazine and a second tool magazine; a clamping unit disposed at one side of the body frame and configured to clamp a tool accommodated in any one of the first tool magazine and the second tool magazine; a linear motion unit disposed at the one side of the body frame and configured to guide a movement of the clamping unit; an actuator disposed at the one side of the body frame and configured to move the clamping unit; and an unclamping unit disposed at the body frame and configured to unclamp the tool when the clamping unit reaches the first tool magazine or the second tool magazine, wherein the unclamping unit includes: a first clamp block installed on the linear motion unit to be linearly moved, and having a second slide hole formed at one side thereof; a second clamp block installed on the linear motion unit to be linearly moved, and having a third slide hole formed on one side thereof; first and second shaft pins installed in the first and second clamp blocks in a direction orthogonal to a direction in which the first and second clamp blocks are linearly moved; a first link having a first end portion coupled to the first shaft pin; a second link having a first end portion coupled to the second shaft pin; a third shaft pin coupled to respective second end portions of the first link and the second link; a roller installed on the third shaft pin; first and second stoppers formed at respective first and second end portions of the one side of the body frame with which the roller comes into contact, and on which the roller slides; and a shaft having one side fastened to a rod of the actuator to push the first clamp block or the second clamp block in a direction in which the rod is moved. 2. The tool carrier unit of claim 1 , wherein the clamping unit further includes: the first clamp block having a first slide hole formed at one side thereof, and a first jaw installed at a lower side thereof; the second clamp block having a second jaw installed at a lower side thereof opposing the first jaw; a clamp shaft penetrating the first slide hole, and having a first end portion fixed to the second clamp block; and a clamp spring installed on the clamp shaft, having a first end portion that is in contact with the first clamp block, and a second end portion that is fixed to a second end portion of the clamp shaft, and applying restoring force in a direction in which a gap between the first clamp block and the second clamp block narrows. 3. The tool carrier unit of claim 1 , wherein the shaft has a first small diameter portion and a second small diameter portion formed, respectively, at opposing end portions of a large diameter portion, the first small diameter portion penetrates the second slide hole of first clamp block, the second small diameter portion penetrates the third slide hole of the second clamp block, and the first small diameter portion has one side fastened to the rod so that the large diameter portion pushes the first clamp block when the actuator performs a contraction operation, and the large diameter portion pushes the second clamp block when the actuator performs an extension operation.
