An image processing device of the present invention comprises a storage section for storing first image data obtained by imaging in front of the imaging device body or using a telephoto lens, and second image data obtained by imaging behind the imaging device body or using a wide-angle lens; a movement pattern detection section for processing the first image data to detect a movement pattern of the first image represented by the first image data; a movement pattern determination section determining whether or not the movement pattern of the first image is unstable movement; and an image processing section for rewriting a part of the first image data, for which it has been determined by the movement pattern determination section that the movement pattern of the first image is unstable, using the second image data.

What is claimed is: 1. An imaging device, comprising: an imaging section for shooting a first image from a first viewpoint and shooting a second image from a second viewpoint that is different to the first viewpoint, and respectively converting to first image data and second image data; a storage section for storing the first image data and the second image data; and a shooting control section for carrying out still picture shooting based on the first image data, and carrying out movie shooting based on the second image data before the still picture shooting. 2. The imaging device of claim 1 , further comprising: an operating section for instructing completion of the movie shooting, wherein the shooting control section carries out the still picture shooting before executing a completion operation for movie shooting by the operating section. 3. The imaging device of claim 1 , further comprising: a display section for displaying an image based on first and second image data that has been shot by the imaging section, wherein the display section displays a movie and a still image that have been shot by the movie shooting. 4. The imaging device of claim 3 , wherein the display section displays the still image as a representative image when performing thumbnail display. 5. The imaging device of claim 1 , wherein the first viewpoint is a viewpoint shooting forward, away from the photographer, and the second viewpoint is a viewpoint shooting rearward, towards the photographer. 6. The imaging device of claim 1 , wherein the first viewpoint is a viewpoint shooting rearward, toward the photographer, and the second viewpoint is a viewpoint shooting forward, away from the photographer. 7. The imaging device of claim 1 , further comprising: a shake determination section for determining whether or not there is image shake based on the first image data and the second image data, wherein the shooting control section carries out shooting by switching to an image, of the first image and the second image, that has been determined by the shake determination section to have the smallest shake. 8. A control method, for an imaging device having an imaging section for shooting a first image from a first viewpoint and shooting a second image from a second viewpoint that is different to the first viewpoint, and respectively converting to first image data and second image data, and a storage section for storing the first image data and the second image data comprising: carrying out still picture shooting based on the first image data, and carrying out movie shooting based on the second image data, before the still picture shooting.
