A display device includes a display panel, a top member, and a bottom member. The top member is disposed on the display panel. The bottom member is disposed under the display panel, and includes a plurality of layers. At least one of the layers has an opening at a bending region of the display device.

First claim

What is claimed is: 1. A display device, comprising: a display panel; a top member on the display panel; and a bottom member under the display panel, the bottom member including a plurality of layers wherein at least one of the layers has an opening at a bending region of the display device. 2. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the layers have an opening at the bending region of the display device, and expose at least a portion of a lower surface of the display panel. 3. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the opening is formed by laser irradiation. 4. The display device of claim 1 , wherein a neutral plane at the bending region of the display device is formed between an upper surface of the display panel and a lower surface of the display panel. 5. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the top member includes at least one selected from a polarizer, a touch screen panel or a plastic window. 6. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the bottom member includes bottom films. 7. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the display panel includes: a first substrate on the bottom member; a light emitting structure on the first substrate; and a second substrate on the light emitting structure. 8. The display device of claim 7 , wherein the first substrate has flexible materials. 9. The display device of claim 7 , wherein the second substrate has a stack structure where at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer are alternately stacked. 10. A display device, comprising: a display panel; a top member on the display panel, the top member having an opening at a bending region of the display device; and a bottom member under the display panel, the bottom member including a plurality of layers wherein at least one of the layers has an opening at the bending region of the display device. 11. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the layers have an opening at the bending region of the display device, and expose at least a portion of a lower surface of the display panel. 12. The display device of claim 11 , wherein the openings are formed by laser irradiation. 13. The display device of claim 10 , wherein a neutral plane at the bending region of the display device is formed between an upper surface of the display panel and a lower surface of the display panel. 14. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the top member includes at least one selected from a polarizer, a touch screen panel or a plastic window, and the bottom member includes bottom films. 15. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the display panel includes: a first substrate on the bottom member; a light emitting structure on the first substrate; and a second substrate on the light emitting structure, wherein the first substrate has flexible materials, and wherein the second substrate has a stack structure where at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer are alternately stacked. 16. A display device, comprising: a display panel having a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region; a top member in the display region on the display panel; and a bottom member under the display panel, the bottom member including a plurality of layers wherein at least one of the layers has a groove at the bending region of the display device. 17. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the layers have an opening at the bending region of the display device, and expose at least a portion of a lower surface of the display panel. 18. The display device of claim 17 , wherein the groove and the opening are formed by laser irradiation. 19. The display device of claim 16 , wherein a neutral plane at the bending region of the display device is formed between an upper surface of the display panel and a lower surface of the display panel. 20. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the top member includes at least one selected from a polarizer, a touch screen panel or a plastic window, and wherein the bottom member includes bottom films. 21. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the display panel includes: a first substrate on the bottom member; a light emitting structure on the first substrate; and a second substrate on the light emitting structure, wherein the first substrate has flexible materials, and wherein the second substrate has a stack structure where at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer are alternately stacked. 22. A display device, comprising: a display panel having a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region; a top member on the display panel, the top member exposing the peripheral region of the display panel; and a bottom member under the display panel, the bottom member including a plurality of layers wherein at least one of the layers has a groove at the bending region of the display device. 23. The display device of claim 22 , wherein the layers have an opening at the bending region of the display device, and expose at least a portion of a lower surface of the display panel. 24. The display device of claim 23 , wherein the groove and the opening are formed by laser irradiation. 25. The display device of claim 22 , wherein a neutral plane at the bending region of the display device is formed between an upper surface of the display panel and a lower surface of the display panel. 26. The display device of claim 22 , wherein the top member includes at least one selected from a polarizer, a touch screen panel or a plastic window, and wherein the bottom member includes bottom films. 27. The display device of claim 22 , wherein the display panel includes: a first substrate on the bottom member; a light emitting structure on the first substrate; and a second substrate on the light emitting structure, wherein the first substrate has flexible materials, and wherein the second substrate has a stack structure where at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer are alternately stacked. 28. A display device, comprising: a display panel having a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region; a top member in the display region on the display panel; and a bottom member under the display panel, the bottom member having an opening where at least a portion of a lower surface of the display panel is exposed, wherein the opening is located at a bending region of the display device. 29. The display device of claim 28 , wherein the opening is formed by laser irradiation. 30. The display device of claim 28 , wherein a neutral plane at the bending region of the display device is formed between an upper surface of the display panel and a lower surface of the display panel. 31. The display device of claim 28 , wherein the top member includes at least one selected from a polarizer, a touch screen panel or a plastic window, and wherein the bottom member includes a bottom film. 32.
