What is claimed is: 1. An apparatus comprising: a stacked dual reader with a bottom sensor stack and a top sensor stack wherein the bottom sensor stack and the top sensor stack are mirrored along a down-track direction, and wherein a top mid-shield and a bottom mid-shield separates the bottom sensor stack and the top sensor stack; and a pre-amplifier circuit comprising a top lead connected to the top mid-shield, configured to collect current flowing from the top mid-shield through the top sensor stack opposite a direction of current flowing from the bottom mid-shield to a bottom lead through the bottom sensor stack. 2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the bottom sensor stack is arranged between a bottom shield and the bottom mid-shield with a free layer of the bottom sensor stack being adjacent to the bottom mid-shield and wherein the top sensor stack is arranged between a top shield and the top mid-shield with a free layer of the top sensor stack being adjacent to the top mid-shield. 3. The apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising an insulation layer between the bottom mid-shield and the top-mid shield. 4. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the bottom mid-shield further comprises an antiferromagnetic layer. 5. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein the top shield is a synthetic antiferromagnetic shield and the bottom shield is a SAF shield. 6. The apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising a top signal reader circuit configured between the top mid-shield and the top shield and a bottom signal reader circuit configured between the bottom mid-shield and the bottom shield, wherein the direction of current in the top signal reader circuit and the bottom signal reader circuit are anti-parallel. 7. The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the polarity of an end of the top signal reader circuit connected to the top mid-shield is same as the polarity of an end of the bottom signal reader circuit connected to the bottom mid-shield. 8. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein the down-track distance between the free layer of the top sensor stack and the free layer of the bottom sensor stack is approximately in the range of 10 nm to 40 nm. 9. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the polarity of the bottom mid-shield is same as to the polarity of the top mid-shield. 10. A dual reader, comprising: a bottom sensor stack and a top sensor stack separated by a top mid-shield and a bottom mid-shield; and a pre-amplifier circuit comprising a top lead connected to the top mid-shield, configured to collect current flowing from the top mid-shield through the top sensor stack opposite a direction of current flowing from the bottom mid-shield to a bottom lead through the bottom sensor stack. 11.
