What is claimed is: 1. A silicone hydrogel contact lens comprising: a polymeric lens body that is free of a polyvinylpyrrolidone-containing interpenetrating network, said contact lens having a water content of at least 30% by weight, an oxygen permeability of at least 120 barrers, a contact angle hysteresis of less than 15° , and a modulus of less than about 0.8 MPa, wherein the contact angle hysteresis is the difference between an advancing contact angle of the silicone hydrogel contact lens and a receding contact angle of the silicone hydrogel contact lens. 2. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 which has an advancing contact angle of about 70° or less. 3. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 which has an advancing contact angle of about 60° or less. 4. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 which has a contact angle hysteresis of less than 13° . 5. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 , which is not surface treated. 6. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 , which comprises a molded lens body having an anterior surface and a posterior surface, the surfaces of the molded lens body being modified by plasma treatment, ozone treatment, corona discharge, chemical reaction, or graft polymerization to increase wettability of the surfaces of the molded lens body. 7. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 , which comprises a polymeric lens body comprising units of at least two different siloxanes. 8. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 7 , wherein at least one of the siloxanes is monofunctional. 9. The silicone hydrogel contact lens of claim 1 , which has an oxygen permeability of at least 130 barrers and a modulus of 0.4 MPa to 0.8MPa.
