A communication system in which when judging to have received an RRC message from a communication terminal device, a base station device, for example, HeNB checks an MTCD indicator to be mapped to the received RRC message. Then, when judging that the UE that has transmitted the RRC message received is an MTCD being a device for machine type communication (MTC) from the checked MTCD indicator, the HeNB performs a concentration process on the data from the MTCD to the core network.

The invention claimed is: 1. A communication system, comprising: a base station device connected to a core network; and a plurality of terminal device groups including communication terminal devices connected to said base station device to perform radio communication, wherein upon reception of data transmitted from a plurality of said communication terminal devices to said core network, said base station device performs a concentration process of concentrating the received data from said terminal device groups based on whether communication terminal devices in the terminal device groups are delay-tolerant, the base station transmitting data obtained through said concentration process to said core network. 2. The communication system according to claim 1 , wherein said base station device transmits the data obtained through said concentration process to said core network in an allowed period predetermined as a period in which transmission is allowed. 3. The communication system according to claim 1 , wherein said base station device transmits the data obtained through said concentration process to said core network over allowed resources predetermined as radio resources in which transmission is allowed. 4. The communication system according to claim 1 , wherein upon reception of a predetermined message or signal from said communication terminal device, said base station device transmits the data obtained through said concentration process to said core network.
