A flexible display substrate, a flexible organic light emitting display device, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The flexible display substrate comprises a flexible substrate including a display area and a non-display area extending from the display area, a first wire formed on the display area of the flexible substrate, and a second wire formed on the non-display area of the flexible substrate, wherein at least a part of the non-display area of the flexible substrate is curved in a bending direction, and the second wire formed on at least a part of the non-display area of the flexible substrate includes a first portion formed to extend in a first direction and a second portion formed to extend in a second direction.

What is claimed is: 1. A flexible display device comprising: a flexible substrate bent in a bending direction across which strain of the flexible substrate is greatest; and a wire on the flexible substrate including at least one first portion extending in a first direction forming a first angle relative to the bending direction and at least one second portion extending in a second direction forming a second angle relative to the bending direction, wherein the first and second portions being configured to reduce the strain of the wire from being bent in the bending direction, wherein the wire includes a plurality of the first portions and second portions forming a network that provides multiple routes for an electrical signal via the wire, wherein the first portions of the wire are provided in an inner layer and the second portions of the wire are provided in an outer layer having a greater radius of curvature than the inner layer, wherein a collective total length of the first portions is longer than a collective total length of the second portions. 2. The flexible display device of claim 1 , further comprising a thin film transistor formed on the flexible substrate, the thin film transistor comprising a gate, a drain and a source, wherein the wire is made of a same material as at least one of the gate, the drain and the source. 3. The flexible display device of claim 1 , wherein the second angle is smaller than the first angle, and wherein the first portion has a length longer than the second portion. 4. The flexible display device of claim 1 , wherein the second angle smaller than the first angle, and wherein the first portion has a width thinner than the second portion. 5. The flexible display device of claim 2 , wherein a width of the second portions is greater than a width of the first portions. 6. The flexible display device of claim 1 , wherein the first and second portions of the wire form a series of diamond shapes connected to each other.
