An information handling system includes a wireless adapter for communicating with a wireless link and a storage device for storing a spatial-temporal user profile comprising wireless service usage trend data for a location where the information handling system is operating. The storage device further includes storing a spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality for wireless links available at the location.

What is claimed is: 1. An information handling system comprising: a wireless adapter for communicating with a wireless link; a storage device for storing a spatial-temporal user profile comprising wireless service usage trend data for a location where the information handling system is operating; the storage device further storing a spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality for wireless links available at the location; an application processor for determining an optimal wireless link for wireless communications by the information handling systems wherein: the application processor mapping the wireless service usage trend data to available wireless protocols according to wireless protocol efficiency for an anticipated wireless service usage; and the application processor selecting the optimal wireless link comprising a service provider and a wireless protocol based on the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile and the spatial-temporal user profile, wherein the wireless adapter modifies operator profiles by reconfiguring the subscriber identity module based upon the selection of the optimal wireless link. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the wireless adapter receives a crowd sourced spatial-temporal radio frequency profile via a ranked list of wireless links stored in the storage device. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality further comprises signal to noise ratio data for wireless links available at the location. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the application processor is further adapted to: determine if a wireless link is available in the location; and select the optimal wireless link ahead of alternative available wireless links; and the wireless adapter transmits a request for access to the optimal wireless link. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the application processor is further adapted to: sample energy consumption by the information handling system during service usage on the wireless link at the location; and record energy consumption data in the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the application processor is further adapted to: measure bit error rates during wireless service usage on the selected wireless link at the location; and update the signal quality data in the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile. 7. A computer implemented method comprising: receiving at an information handling system a mobile broadband traffic report comprising a spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating radio frequency capacity for wireless links in a location; receiving at the information handling system a spatial-temporal user profile comprising wireless service usage trend data for the location; mapping the wireless service usage trend data to the available wireless protocols according to wireless protocol efficiency for a wireless service usage anticipated; determining an optimal wireless service provider based on the mobile broadband traffic report and the spatial-temporal user profile wherein the wireless adapter modifies operator profiles by reconfiguring a subscriber identity module based upon the selection of the optimal wireless link; transmitting a request for access to the optimal wireless service link; and wirelessly connecting the information handling system via the optimal wireless service provider; wherein the optimal wireless service provider is selected for the best available radio frequency capacity to provide the anticipated wireless service usage on wireless protocols by the information handling system at the location. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating radio frequency capacity further comprises data indicating latency of response across the wireless link. 9. The method of claim 7 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile further indicates signal quality for wireless links in the location. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality further comprises data indicating bit error rate of a wireless link. 11. The method of claim 7 , wherein the spatial-temporal user profile further comprises wireless service usage trend data for wireless service usage including wireless internet accesses by the information handling system at the location. 12. The method of claim 7 , wherein the spatial-temporal user profile further comprises wireless service usage trend data for wireless service usage including voice communications, internet accesses, email messaging, and video streaming by the information handling system at the location. 13. The method of claim 7 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality further comprises data indicating power consumption for wireless services across the wireless link. 14. A computer-implemented method for selecting a wireless link, the method comprising: determining if a wireless local area network technology link is available in a location; selecting the wireless local area network technology link as the selected wireless link if the wireless local area network technology link is available; wherein if a wireless local area network technology link is not available, receiving at an information handling system a mobile broadband traffic report comprising a spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality for wireless links in the location; receiving at the information handling system a spatial-temporal user profile comprising wireless service usage trend data for the location; mapping the wireless service usage trend data to the available wireless protocols according to wireless protocol efficiency for an anticipated wireless service usage; determining a list of optimal wireless service providers and available wireless protocols based on the mobile broadband traffic report and the spatial-temporal user profile; and sending the list to a network broker system to access an available optimal wireless service provider and wireless protocol from among the list, wherein the optimal available wireless service provider and wireless protocol is selected for the lowest anticipated power consumption when providing the anticipated wireless service usage to be used by the information handling system at the location. 15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality further comprises data indicating bit error rate of the wireless link. 16. The method of claim 14 further comprising: wirelessly connecting the information handling system via the available optimal wireless service provider and wireless protocol. 17. The method of claim 14 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile further indicates radio frequency capacity for wireless links including data indicating download speed across the wireless link. 18. The method of claim 14 , wherein the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile further comprises data indicating power consumption usage for wireless services across wireless links in the location. 19. The method of claim 14 , wherein sending the weighted list to the network broker system will prioritize the access attempts by the network broker system to wireless service providers and available wireless protocols.
