What is claimed is: 1. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of an electronic game system with a game program stored thereon, the electronic game system comprising a processor and a memory, the game program instructing the electronic game system to perform the following processes: storing and managing playing history data as correlated to each of members who play both a first game and a second game on the electronic game system, the storing and managing being performed each time the member plays the first game, the playing history data being based on a result of the first game; issuing to a certain member an electronic member-avatar card which is derived from one of the members, the issuing being performed when the certain member plays the second game, the second game being linked to the first game; and determining a parameter of the member-avatar card issued to the certain member, the determining being performed based on the playing history data of the first game at the point of time when the member-avatar card is issued, the playing history data of the first game being correlated to the one from whom the member-avatar card is derived. 2. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 1 , wherein in the issuing of the member-avatar card to the certain member, the issuing is triggered by updating the playing history data of the first game beyond a predetermined criterion, the playing history data of the first game being correlated to the certain member. 3. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 1 , wherein in the issuing of the member-avatar card to the certain member, the member-avatar card which is issued is a member-avatar card that is selected based on a predetermined algorithm from a group of a plurality of member-avatar cards which are respectively derived from the members. 4. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 1 , wherein the game program instructs the computer to perform: a process of generating visualization data based on avatar setting information, the visualization data being data for displaying on a game screen the member-avatar card designated by the certain member, and the avatar setting information being associated with an avatar made by combination of a plurality of avatar elements selected by the one from whom the member-avatar card is derived. 5. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 1 , wherein, when the certain member plays the second game and battles another member using the member-avatar card possessed by the certain member, if the another member defeats the certain member, the game program instructs the computer to perform a process of causing the another member to acquire the member-avatar card possessed by the certain member. 6. An electronic game system, comprising a processor and a memory and further comprising: a section that stores and manages playing history data as correlated to each of members, who play both a first game and a second game on the electronic game system, the storing and managing being performed each time the member plays the first game, the playing history data being based on a result of the first game; a section that issues to a certain member an electronic member-avatar card which is derived from one of the members, the issuing being performed when the certain member plays the second game, the second game being linked to the first game; and a section that determines a parameter of the member-avatar card issued to the certain member, the determining being performed based on the playing history data of the first game at the point of time when the member-avatar card is issued, the playing history data of the first game being correlated to the one from whom the member-avatar card is derived.
