An antenna structure of a Radio Frequency (RF) device includes an antenna and a transmission line circuit coupled to the antenna. The transmission line circuit includes a plurality of transmission line circuit elements and a transmission line coupling circuit that couples at least one of the transmission line circuit elements together to form the transmission line circuit based on a transmission line characteristic signal.

What is claimed is: 1. An antenna structure, comprising: an antenna; and a transmission line circuit coupled to the antenna, the transmission line circuit having at least one of an inductance, capacitance and impedance set based on a transmission line characteristic signal, the transmission line circuit including: a plurality of transmission line circuit elements including a plurality of transformer elements; and a transmission line coupling circuit configured to couple one or more of the plurality of transmission line circuit elements together to form the transmission line circuit based on the transmission line characteristic signal, including coupling at least one of the plurality of transformer elements together into a transformer in accordance with a transformer characteristic portion of the transmission line characteristic signal. 2. The antenna structure of claim 1 , wherein the antenna structure has at least one of a bandwidth, an impedance, a quality factor, and a frequency band set based at least in part on the transmission line characteristic signal. 3. The antenna structure of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of transmission line circuit elements comprises: a plurality of transmission line elements, wherein the transmission line coupling circuit is configured to couple at least one of the plurality of transmission line elements together into a transmission line in accordance with the transmission line characteristic signal. 4. The antenna structure of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of transmission line circuit elements comprises: a transmission line; and an adjustable impedance matching circuit coupled to the transmission line, wherein the adjustable impedance matching circuit includes at least one of a tunable inductor and a tunable capacitor, wherein the adjustable impedance matching circuit establishes an impedance in accordance with an impedance characteristic portion of the transmission line characteristic signal. 5. The antenna structure of claim 4 , wherein the tunable inductor comprises: a plurality of inductor elements; and the transmission line coupling circuit is configured to couple at least one of the plurality of inductor elements into an inductor having at least one of a desired inductance, a desired reactance, and a desired quality factor within a given frequency band based on the impedance characteristic portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal. 6. The antenna structure of claim 1 , further comprising: the transmission line coupling circuit includes at least one of a plurality of magnetic coupling elements and a plurality of switches. 7. The antenna structure of claim 6 , wherein a magnetic coupling element of the plurality of magnetic coupling elements comprises: a metal trace proximal to first and second transmission line circuit elements of the plurality of transmission line circuit elements, wherein the metal trace provides magnetic coupling between the first and second transmission line circuit elements when a corresponding portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal is in a first state and substantially blocks coupling between the first and second transmission line circuit elements when the corresponding portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal is in a second state. 8. The antenna structure of claim 1 , further comprising: a plurality of ground planes on different layers of an integrated circuit (IC) including the antenna structure; and a ground plane selecting circuit configured to select at least one of the plurality of ground planes in accordance with a ground plane portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal. 9. The antenna structure of claim 1 , further comprising: a plurality of ground plane elements; and a ground plane coupling circuit configured to couple at least one of the plurality of ground plane elements into the ground plane in accordance with a ground plane portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal. 10. A Radio Frequency (RF) device, comprising: an antenna structure including: an antenna; and a transmission line circuit coupled to the antenna, the transmission line circuit having at least one of an inductance, capacitance and impedance set based on a transmission line characteristic signal, the transmission line circuit including: a plurality of transmission line circuit elements including a plurality of inductor elements; and a transmission line coupling circuit configured to couple one or more of the plurality of transmission line circuit elements together to form the transmission line circuit based on the transmission line characteristic signal, including coupling at least one of the plurality of inductor elements into an inductor having at least one of a desired inductance, a desired reactance, and a desired quality factor within a given frequency band based on an impedance characteristic portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal. 11. The RF device of claim 10 , wherein the antenna structure has at least one of a bandwidth, an impedance, a quality factor, and a frequency band set based at least in part on the transmission line characteristic signal. 12. The RF device of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of transmission line circuit elements comprises: a plurality of transmission line elements, wherein the transmission line coupling circuit couples at least one of the plurality of transmission line elements together into a transmission line in accordance with the transmission line characteristic signal. 13. The RF device of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of transmission line circuit elements comprises: a transmission line; and an adjustable impedance matching circuit coupled to the transmission line, wherein the adjustable impedance matching circuit includes at least one of a tunable inductor and a tunable capacitor, wherein the adjustable impedance matching circuit establishes an impedance in accordance with an impedance characteristic portion of the transmission line characteristic signal. 14. The RF device of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of transmission line circuit elements comprises: a plurality of transformer elements, wherein the transmission line coupling circuit couples at least one of the plurality of transformer elements into a transformer in accordance with a transformer characteristic portion of the transmission line characteristic signal. 15. The RF device of claim 10 , wherein the transmission line coupling circuit comprises at least one of: a plurality of magnetic coupling elements; and switches. 16. The RF device of claim 15 , wherein a magnetic coupling element of the plurality of magnetic coupling elements comprises: a metal trace proximal to first and second transmission line elements of the plurality of transmission line circuit elements, wherein the metal trace provides magnetic coupling between the first and second transmission line circuit elements when a corresponding portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal is in a first state and substantially blocks coupling between the first and second transmission line circuit elements when the corresponding portion of the antenna structure characteristic signal is in a second state. 17. The RF device of claim 10 , further comprising: a plurality of ground planes on different layers of an integrated circuit (IC) including the antenna structure; and a ground plane selecting circuit configured to select at least one of the plurality of ground planes in accordance with a ground plane portion of the antenna structure characteristi
