Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A vacuum cementing system has at least one cement powder cartridge and a container-opening system. The container-opening system has at least one container for at least one liquid and/or at least one powder, an opening device, and an outlet opening for applying a negative pressure. When a negative pressure is being applied, the opening device is mobile relative to at least a part of the at least one container. The vacuum cementing system has a means for connecting the cement powder cartridge to the at least one container and utilizes necessary vacuum for automatically opening the at least one container.

First claim

The invention claimed is: 1. A vacuum cementing system comprising at least one cement powder cartridge and an container-opening system, wherein the container-opening system comprises at least one container for at least one liquid and/or at least one powder, an opening device, and an outlet opening for applying a negative pressure or vacuum from a vacuum pump or a source of negative pressure, whereby, when a negative pressure or vacuum is being applied by the vacuum pump or source of negative pressure, the opening device is mobile relative to at least a part of the at least one container, wherein the vacuum cementing system comprises a means for connecting the cement powder cartridge to the at least one container, and whereby a negative pressure or vacuum necessary for a cement dough with a low bubble content is used for automatically opening the at least one container, wherein the container-opening system comprises a plunger supported such as to be mobile, wherein the plunger being shiftable in the container-opening system in such manner that the at least one container is opened through a motion of the plunger, and further wherein the plunger, supported such to be mobile, comprises a fork-shaped guidance for guiding a part of the at least one container to be broken open. 2. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one container is arranged in a chamber and the outlet opening is connected to the chamber. 3. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one container is supported in the container-opening system such as to be mobile. 4. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , wherein the plunger of the container-opening system is a cylindrical plunger supported such as to be mobile. 5. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , wherein the plunger is a hollow body that is closed on one side and has the at least one container arranged therein. 6. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 5 , wherein the opening device comprises a lever that can be rotated in the container-opening system or a fin on the bottom of the hollow body that is closed on one side, whereby a lever as the opening device is rotated or tilted through the motion of the plunger and the at least one container, and in that at least a part of the at least one container is broken off, cut open or pierced through rotation of a lever arm of the lever. 7. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , wherein an inside of the plunger is bevelled. 8. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , wherein the cement powder cartridge comprises at least one mixing organ. 9. The vacuum cementing system according to claim 1 , further comprising: a static mixer arranged at an application opening of the vacuum cementing system. 10. The vacuum cementing system according claim 8 , wherein the at least one mixing organ is a feed plunger.
