Provided is a method for transmitting an aperiodic sounding reference signal (SRS) in a wireless communication system. A terminal receives an SRS parameter, which indicates the number of antennas for transmitting the aperiodic SRS, by means of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and transmits the aperiodic SRS to the base station using at least one antenna which belongs to the number of antennas for transmitting the aperiodic SRS.
