What is claimed is: 1. A display apparatus comprising: a pixel array section having a plurality of pixel circuits, at least one of the plurality of pixel circuits including: a light-emitting device; a capacitor, a drive transistor having a gate, a first current terminal, and a second current terminal, the first current terminal of the drive transistor connected to the light-emitting device; a first switching transistor configured to supply a data signal from a data line to the capacitor; and a second switching transistor configured to connect the second current terminal of the drive transistor and a power supply line; and a peripheral section having a drive circuit configured to supply a first scanning signal and a second scanning signal, wherein the first switching transistor is configured to be turned on once according to the first scanning signal within a field period, and wherein the second switching transistor is configured to be turned on four times according to the second scanning signal within the field period. 2. The display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first scanning signal and the second scanning signal are supplied from the peripheral section disposed on one side of the pixel array section. 3. The display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the drive circuit includes a plurality of shift registers connected in series. 4. The display apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the drive circuit includes a plurality of inverters; and a decoder configured to provide a plurality of select signal lines to the plurality of inverters. 5. The display apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein each of the plurality of inverters is configured to provides the second scanning signal. 6. The display apparatus according to claim 4 , the drive circuit is configured to successively select a number of divisional regions according to a number of the plurality of select signals. 7. The display apparatus according to claim 4 , the drive circuit is configured to control the first switching transistor and the second switching transistor in response to input and output states of the plurality of shift registers. 8. The display apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the plurality of shift registers is configured to receive a clock signal of the same period. 9. The display apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein a start signal of a period equal to four times a period of light emission of the light-emitting device is inputted to one of the plurality of shift registers.
