The invention provides a composition comprising the following: A) a first polymer selected from the following: i) an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer; or ii) an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block interpolymer; B) a second polymer selected from the following: iii) an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer; iv) an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene interpolymer; or v) an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block interpolymer; and wherein the first polymer has a density from 0.880 to 0.910 g/cc, and the second polymer has a density less than, or equal to, 0.867 g/cc, and wherein the weight ratio of the first polymer to the second polymer is from 0.5 to 9.

The invention claimed is: 1. A composition comprising the following: A) a first polymer selected from the following: i) an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer; or ii) an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block interpolymer; B) a second polymer selected from the following: iii) an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer; iv) an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene interpolymer; or v) an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block interpolymer; and wherein the first polymer has a density from 0.880 to 0.910 g/cc, and the second polymer has a density less than, or equal to, 0.867 g/cc, and wherein the weight ratio of the first polymer to the second polymer is from 0.5 to 9. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first polymer has a melting temperature (Tm) greater than 70° C., as determined by DSC. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first polymer has a melting temperature (Tm) less than 130° C., as determined by DSC. 4. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first polymer has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) from 1.2 to 3. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first polymer is i) an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer. 6. The composition of claim 5 , wherein the first polymer is a homogeneously branched linear ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer, or a homogeneously branched substantially linear ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer. 7. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first polymer is ii) an olefin block interpolymer. 8. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the second polymer has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) from 1.2 to 3. 9. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the second polymer is iii) an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer. 10. The composition of claim 9 , wherein the ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer is a homogeneously branched linear ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer, or a homogeneously branched substantially linear ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer. 11. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the second polymer is iv) an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene interpolymer. 12. The composition of claim 11 , wherein the ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene interpolymer has a Mooney Viscosity (ML 1+4) at 125° C., from 5 to 70. 13. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises a free radical agent and a foaming agent. 14. A foam formed from the composition of claim 1 . 15. An article comprising at least one component formed from the composition of claim 1 .
