What is claimed is: 1. An RFID-tag for providing information related to a permanent tire identification, comprising: a memory module configured to store the information related to the permanent tire identification; and a transmitter module configured to transmit the information related to the permanent tire identification to a receiver device, the RFID-tag being configured to be coupled to a TPMS device. 2. The RFID-tag of claim 1 , further comprising a power module configured to power the RFID-tag by receiving energy through a coupling element from the TPMS device, wherein the RFID-tag comprises a contact to couple the power module and the coupling element, or wherein the RFID-tag comprises an on-chip coil to inductively couple the power module and the coupling element. 3. The RFID-tag of claim 2 , wherein the coupling element comprises an antenna, which is tuned to an operating frequency of the TPMS device, or wherein the coupling element comprises a coil, which is tuned to an operating frequency of the TPMS device. 4. The RFID-tag of claim 1 , wherein the transmitter module is configured to transmit the information related to the permanent tire identification using amplitude modulation, amplitude shift keying, or by modulating a radio frequency carrier of a signal transmitted by the TPMS device or another associated device. 5. The RFID-tag of claim 1 , wherein the transmitter module is configured to transmit the information related to the permanent tire identification to the receiver device via the TPMS device. 6. A tire comprising the RFID-tag of claim 1 . 7. The tire of claim 6 , wherein the RFID-tag is molded, glued, or un-removably mounted into the tire. 8. The tire of claim 6 , further comprising the TPMS device, which is configured to measure a pressure of the tire and which is configured to provide information related to the measured pressure of the tire and information related to the permanent tire identification. 9. The tire of claim 8 , wherein the TPMS device is exchangeably mounted in the vicinity of the RFID-tag such that radio communication between the TPMS device and the RFID-tag is enabled. 10. A TPMS device comprising a coupling element configured to provide radio frequency power to an RFID-tag, the TPMS device further comprising a receiver module configured to receive information related to a permanent tire identification from the RFID-tag, and the TPMS device further comprising a transmitter module configured to transmit information related to the permanent tire identification to a receiver device. 11. The TPMS device of claim 10 , wherein the coupling element comprises a dedicated output to provide radio frequency power to the RFID-tag, or wherein the coupling element is dedicated to provide radio frequency power to the RFID-tag, or wherein the coupling element comprises an antenna to provide radio frequency power to the RFID-tag, or wherein the coupling element comprises a coil to provide radio frequency power to the RFID-tag. 12. The TPMS device of claim 10 , further configured to measure a pressure of a tire, the TPMS device further comprising a transmitter module configured to transmit information related to the tire pressure to a receiver device of a vehicle, wherein the transmitter module is configured to transmit the information related to the tire pressure to the receiver device using an antenna, which is used to provide radio frequency power to the RFID-tag, or wherein the transmitter module is coupled to the antenna, which is used to provide radio frequency power to the RFID-tag, and wherein the transmitter module is coupled to another antenna and wherein the transmitter module is configured to transmit the information related to the tire pressure to the receiver device using the other antenna, or wherein the transmitter module is coupled to the RFID-tag using a coil and wherein the transmitter module is configured to transmit the information related to the tire pressure to the receiver device using yet another antenna coupled to the RFID-tag. 13. The TPMS device of claim 12 , wherein the transmitter module is configured to transmit the information related to the tire pressure or information related to the permanent tire identification using frequency modulation, phase modulation or frequency shift keying of a radio frequency carrier. 14. The TPMS device of claim 10 , wherein the receiver module is configured to receive the information based on a current drawn by a power amplifier comprised in the TPMS device, or wherein the receiver module is configured to receive the information by demodulating a radio signal from the RFID-tag using amplitude modulation or amplitude shift keying. 15. A receiver device comprising a receiver module configured to obtain information related to a permanent identification of a tire from an RFID-tag, wherein the receiver module is configured to obtain the information related to the permanent identification of the tire from the RFID-tag by demodulating a radio signal transmitted by a TPMS device or other associated device and modulated by the RFID-tag using amplitude modulation or amplitude shift keying, and wherein the receiver module is configured to receive information related to a pressure of the tire pressure by demodulating a radio signal from a TPMS device using frequency modulation, phase modulation or frequency shift keying of a radio frequency carrier. 16.
