The invention claimed is: 1. A polypeptide construct comprising at least one Camelidae VHH that specifically binds EGFR, and at least one therapeutic polypeptide, agent, or antigen, wherein the therapeutic polypeptide or agent comprises a drug or a toxic compound, wherein said polypeptide construct internalizes upon binding to EGFR, and wherein the Camelidae VHH that specifically binds EGFR consists of any one of SEQ ID NOs: 31, 43 and 44 or a VHH that binds to the same epitope as one of SEQ ID NOs: 31, 43 and 44. 2. The polypeptide construct of claim 1 , wherein the Camelidae VHH that specifically binds EGFR is a humanized Camelidae VHH. 3. A composition comprising the polypeptide construct of claim 1 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
