What is claimed is: 1. An air cleaner assembly comprising: (a) a housing base; (i) the housing base including a perimeter wall and an end; the housing base defining an access opening opposite the housing end; (ii) the housing base having an inlet section and an outlet section; (iii) a portion of the inlet section including an aperture arrangement therethrough; and, (iv) the housing having an air flow outlet therein; (b) an access cover removably mounted on the housing base; (i) the access cover including: an outer cover; a pressure flange; and a side arrangement extending between the outer cover and the pressure flange; the access cover being positioned on the housing base with the outer cover extending across the access opening in the base; (ii) a portion of the side arrangement on the access cover projecting into the housing base to a location surrounded by the housing base and to a location being overlapped by the aperture arrangement through the housing base; at least the portion of the side arrangement on the access cover which is overlapped by the aperture arrangement in the inlet section of the housing base having an access cover side arrangement aperture arrangement therethrough; and; (c) an air filter cartridge operably positioned within the air cleaner; the air filter cartridge comprising; (i) a media pack having opposite inlet and outlet flow faces and comprising fluted media secured to a facing media oriented with flutes of the fluted media extending in a direction between the first and second, opposite flow faces; and, (ii) a housing seal arrangement; (iii) the air filter cartridge being positioned in the housing with the housing seal arrangement being pressed by the pressure flange on the access cover against a portion of the housing base. 2. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) each of the inlet section and outlet section, on the housing base, is surrounded by the perimeter wall of the housing base; and, (b) the portion of the perimeter wall surrounding the inlet section includes the aperture arrangement, on the inlet section of the housing base, therethrough. 3. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the media pack comprises a stack of strips of media material. 4. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the aperture arrangement through a side arrangement of the access cover comprises a plurality of apertures. 5. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement defines a shape having multiple, straight, side sections. 6. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 5 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement defines a non-rectangular shape. 7. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement includes a compression portion engaged by the pressure flange on the access cover; (b) the housing seal arrangement is configured to define a gap between the compression portion and the media pack; and, (c) the housing base includes a flange projecting into the gap between the compression portion of the housing seal arrangement, and the media pack. 8. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 7 wherein: (a) the housing base includes a housing base pressure flange portion against which the compression portion is pressed by the compression flange on the access cover; (i) the housing base pressure flange portion having a bead projection thereon pressed into the compression portion of the housing seal arrangement. 9. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 8 wherein: (a) the bead projection is a continuous bead in extension around the cartridge. 10. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 8 wherein: (a) at least 60% of a depth of the media pack between the inner and outlet flow faces is positioned on a downstream side of the housing seal arrangement. 11. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 10 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement defines a non-rectangular shape. 12. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the media pack includes a protective covering over a side thereof. 13. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement is recessed from the inlet flow face toward the outlet flow face. 14. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 13 wherein: (a) at least 60% of a depth of the media pack between the inlet and outlet flow faces is positioned on a downstream side of the housing seal arrangement. 15. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the aperture arrangement through the inlet section of the housing base is a single air flow inlet aperture in the perimeter wall of the housing base. 16. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the aperture arrangement through the inlet section of the housing base comprises multiple apertures, at least one of which is closed. 17. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement has a constant cross-section around the media pack. 18. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement is a molded-in-place arrangement on the cartridge. 19. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 18 wherein: (a) the inlet flow face is planar. 20. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement is a molded-in-place arrangement on the cartridge; (b) the inlet flow face is planar; (c) the housing seal arrangement includes a compression portion; (d) the housing base includes a housing base pressure flange portion against which the compression portion is pressed by the compression flange on the access cover; (e) the housing seal arrangement is configured to define a gap between the compression portion and the media pack; and, (f) the housing base includes a flange projecting into the gap between the compression portion of the housing seal arrangement, and the media pack.
