A parameter adjusting method includes a step (S 1 ) of determining whether or not a predetermined manipulation of an icon with a pointer occurs on a screen; a step (S 2 ) of displaying an auxiliary indicator used for adjustment of a predetermined parameter in the vicinity of the icon on the screen in the case where it is determined that the predetermined manipulation of the icon with the pointer occurs; and a step (S 3 , S 4 ) of adjusting the parameter by manipulating the auxiliary indicator by manipulation of the pointer.
