Organic compounds and organic electroluminescence devices employing the same are provided. The organic compound has a chemical structure represented below: wherein, R 1 are independently a hydrogen, or C 1-8 alkyl; and R 2 is a hydrogen, hydroxy, or C 1-8 alkoxy. The organic compounds have a high triplet energy (tE g ) gap and apt to transmit the energy to a guest emitter.
