The present invention provides a wireless base station (eNB 1 - 1 ) that sets a first SRS transmission frequency band as a transmission frequency band for SRS at a first SSF timing and sets the first SRS transmission frequency band as the transmission frequency band for SRS at a second SSF timing, within the time for one frame. In this way, all frequency bands (allocatable frequency bands) for usable downstream resource blocks in wireless communications between the wireless base station (eNB 1 - 1 ) and a serving wireless terminal (UE 2 - 1 ) are covered by the first SRS transmission frequency band and the second SRS transmission frequency band.

The invention claimed is: 1. A radio base station of an adaptive array scheme applying an antenna weight to a plurality of antennas, comprising: a control unit that sets a reference signal transmission frequency band available in a transmission of a reference signal from a serving radio terminal, the reference signal being referenced in a calculation of the antenna weight, wherein the control unit sets a first reference signal transmission frequency band that is used by the serving radio terminal for the transmission of the reference signal at a first time within a predetermined period and sets a second reference signal transmission frequency band that is used by the serving radio terminal for the transmission of the reference signal at a second time within the predetermined period when the reference signal transmission frequency band is narrower than a frequency band that can be assigned to the serving radio terminal, and in a circumstance where a transmission frequency band assigned to the serving radio terminal is not included in a frequency band of a currently received reference signal, the control unit responds by calculating the antenna weight for the serving radio terminal based on a received most recently reference signal including the transmission frequency band. 2. The radio base station according to claim 1 , wherein the first reference signal transmission frequency band and the second reference signal transmission frequency band cover the frequency band that can be assigned. 3. The radio base station according to claim 1 , wherein if a transmission frequency band assigned to the serving radio terminal is included in a frequency band of a currently received reference signal, the control unit calculates the antenna weight for the serving radio terminal based on the currently received reference signal. 4. A communication control method in a radio base station of an adaptive array scheme applying an antenna weight to a plurality of antennas, comprising: a control step of setting a reference signal transmission frequency band available in a transmission of a reference signal from a serving radio terminal, the reference signal being referenced in a calculation of the antenna weight, wherein the control step includes a step of setting a first reference signal transmission frequency band that is used by the serving radio terminal for the transmission of the reference signal at a first time within a predetermined period and setting a second reference signal transmission frequency band that is used by the serving radio terminal for the transmission of the reference signal at a second time within the predetermined period when the reference signal transmission frequency band is narrower than a frequency band that can be assigned to the serving radio terminal, and in a circumstance where a transmission frequency band assigned to the serving radio terminal is not included in a frequency band of a currently received reference signal, a control unit responds by calculating the antenna weight for the serving radio terminal based on a received most recently reference signal including the transmission frequency band. 5. A radio base station of an adaptive array scheme applying an antenna weight to a plurality of antennas, comprising: a control unit that sets a reference signal transmission frequency band available in a transmission of a reference signal from a serving radio terminal, the reference signal being referenced in a calculation of the antenna weight, wherein the control unit sets the reference signal transmission frequency band separated at a plurality of times within a predetermined period to enable the serving radio terminal to transmit the reference signal at a time when the reference signal transmission frequency band is narrower than a frequency band that can be assigned to the serving radio terminal, and in a circumstance where a transmission frequency band assigned to the serving radio terminal is not included in a frequency band of a currently received reference signal, the control unit responds by calculating the antenna weight for the serving radio terminal based on a received most recently reference signal including the transmission frequency band.
