A method for producing a processed soybean comprising steps (A) to (C): (A) decompressing a soybean, wherein the soybean is not ground soybean; (B) returning the soybean to an ordinary atmospheric pressure; and (C) steaming the soybean obtained in step (B), wherein the steaming is performed at a temperature of 100 to 130° C. 2.
