An adhesive consisting of: an amorphous carbon dispersed in a cyanate ester resin; wherein said amorphous carbon comprises carbon black that has been mechanically processed to an average particle size of less than 30 nm; wherein the amorphous carbon comprises at most 2 percent by weight of said adhesive; and wherein the adhesive with an electrical conductivity that dissipates static charge, the electrical conductivity being between 3.0×10 5 ohms…
