What is claimed is: 1. A method for treating obesity in a human patient having an initial body mass index at least about 30 kg/m 2 , or at least about 27 kg/m 2 and suffering from weight related co-morbidity, and in need thereof, comprising parenterally administering once or twice weekly to said patient about 20 μg to about 80 μg, per kg of excess adipose tissue of the patient, of 6-O-(4-dimethylaminoethoxy)cinnamoyl fumagillol or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.…
