A method of treating a B-raf associated cancer in a subject, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-methyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole or a tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the B-raf associated cancer is a cancer having a B-raf with an activating mutation in the kinase domain. 2.
