Embodiments of this specification provide a press button for mounting and detachment of a water tank from a main unit of a ventilation therapy device. The press button is arranged on the water tank, and is configured to be pressed toward the interior of a water tank housing of the water tank under the action of an external force such that the water tank is mounted to or detached from the main unit. The press button includes a pressing body, the pressing body including a resilient structure, the resilient structure including a fixed end and a free end arranged opposite each other, and the resilient structure being configured such that: when the press button is pressed toward the interior of the water tank housing, the free end moves from a first position to a second position, and the resilient structure elastically deforms; and after the external force is released, the free end moves from the second position to the first position, and the resilient structure restores its shape to drive the press button to resiliently return to its original position away from the interior of the water tank housing such that the water tank is connected to the main unit or returns to its original position after detachment. The embodiments of this specification further provide a water tank including a press button, and a ventilation therapy device including the above water tank.
