1 . A composition comprising: a fluoropolymer; and a polymer (1) comprising a polymerized unit (1) derived from a monomer represented by the following general formula (1): wherein X is the same or different and is —H or —F; Y is —H, —F, an alkyl group, or a fluorine-containing alkyl group; Z is the same or different and is —H, —F, an alkyl group, or a fluoroalkyl group; Rf is a fluorine-containing alkylene group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms or a fluorine-containing alkylene group having 2 to 100 carbon atoms and having an ether bond; and A is —COOM, —SO 3 M, or —OSO 3 M, wherein M is —H, a metal atom, —NR 7 4 , imidazolium optionally having a substituent, pyridinium optionally having a substituent, or phosphonium optionally having a substituent, wherein R 7 is H or an organic group, with the proviso that at least one of X, Y, and Z contains a fluorine atom. 2 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the polymerized unit (1) is a polymerized unit (1A) derived from a monomer represented by the following general formula (1A): wherein Rf and A are as described above. 3 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the polymer (1) is 0.0001% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less based on the fluoropolymer. 4 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the fluoropolymer is a polytetrafluoroethylene. 5 . The composition according to claim 4 , wherein the polyfluorotetraethylene is a modified polytetrafluoroethylene. 6 . The composition according to claim 4 , which is stretchable. 7 . The composition according to claim 4 , which has a breaking strength of 10.0 N or more. 8 . The composition according to claim 1 , which is substantially free from a fluorine-containing surfactant. 9 . The composition according to claim 1 , which is a powder.
