An X-ray CT apparatus according to an embodiment includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector, a memory, and processing circuitry connected to the memory. The X-ray tube irradiates a subject with X-rays. The X-ray detector detects X-rays emitted from the X-ray tube. The processing circuitry generates a prompt. The processing circuitry inputs the prompt to a generative model and acquires generative information from the generative model. The memory stores, as storage target data, the prompt out of the generative information and the prompt corresponding to the generative information. An embodiment discloses an information processing apparatus including the memory and the processing circuitry connected to the memory, an information processing method, and a recording medium.

An information processing apparatus, comprising: at least one memory; and at least one piece of processing circuitry connected to the memory and configured to generate a prompt, and input the prompt to a generative model and acquire generative information from the generative model, wherein the memory is configured to store, as storage target data, the prompt out of the generative information and the prompt corresponding to the generative information. 3 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to generate the prompt to include medical information, and the generative information is a medical image. 4 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to store the prompt as the storage target data in the memory when the prompt is input to the generative model. 5 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to receive a user operation to specify the generative information as the storage target data, store the generative information as the storage target data in the memory in accordance with the user operation and store the prompt as the storage target data in the memory regardless of the user operation. 6 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to display icons on a display, the icons receiving a user operation to select, as the storage target data, one or both of the generative information and the prompt corresponding to the generative information, and store, as the storage target data, one or both of the generative information and the prompt corresponding to the generative information in the memory in accordance with the user operation on the icons. 7 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the icons include a prompt store button causing the prompt corresponding to the generative information to be stored as the storage target data in the memory. 8 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the icons include a generative information store button causing the generative information to be stored as the storage target data in the memory. 9 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the icons include a prompt display button that causing the prompt stored in the memory to be displayed on the display. 10 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the generative information includes image data, the generative model outputs multiple pieces of the image data, and the processing circuitry is configured to display icons on a display, the icons receiving, for each piece of the image data output from the generative model, a user operation to select the image data as the storage target data. 11 .
