Provided is a method of outputting a synchronization signal in a communication node comprising: receiving communication connection information from a terminal, identifying detectable position information of a synchronization signal block (SS block) included in the communication connection information, setting a position of the SS block based on the identified detectable position information, and outputting the SS block based on the set position.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method of outputting to a terminal a synchronization signal by a communication node, the method comprising: outputting a plurality of beams according to a beam sweeping technology, wherein each of the plurality of beams is identified by a unique index; receiving information regarding a selected beam among the plurality of beams from the terminal; receiving communication connection information from the terminal, wherein the communication connection information includes detectable position information of a synchronization signal block (SS block) for the terminal; setting a position of the SS block within the selected beam based on the detectable position information; and outputting the SS block based on the set position. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the selected beam is selected by the terminal based on a reception strength or a reception rate of each of the plurality of beams. 3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the selected beam has the highest reception strength or the highest reception rate among the plurality of beams. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the information regarding the selected beam comprises the unique index of the selected beam. 5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, from the terminal, information regarding a newly selected beam when the terminal moves and selects the new beam; and re-setting the position of the SS block within the newly selected beam based on the detectable position information. 6 . A communication node comprising: a transmitter configured to output a plurality of beams according to a beam sweeping technology and to output a Synchronization Signal (SS) block based on a set position; a receiver configured to receive information from a terminal; and at least one processor operatively coupled to the transmitter and the receiver, wherein the at least one processor is configured to: receive, via the receiver, information regarding a selected beam that the terminal has selected from the plurality of beams, and detectable position information of the SS block; set a position of the SS block within the selected beam based on the detectable position information; and control the transmitter to output the SS block based on the set position. 7 . The communication node of claim 6 , wherein the selected beam is selected by the terminal based on having the highest reception strength or the highest reception rate among the plurality of beams. 8 . The communication node of claim 6 , wherein the information regarding the selected beam comprises a unique index of the selected beam. 9 . The communication node of claim 6 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to re-set the position of the SS block within a newly selected beam when the receiver receives information that the terminal has moved and selected the new beam.
