A foldable display device includes a foldable display panel and a foldable cover window disposed on the foldable display panel. The foldable cover window includes a flexible film and a first hard coating layer located on the flexible film with the first hard coating layer including a base material in combination with a linker material. The base material is a siloxane-based resin and the linker material is one of: a urethane-acrylic-based linker, an acrylic-based linker, and an epoxy-based linker.

1 . A foldable display device, comprising: a foldable display panel; a foldable cover window located on the foldable display panel, the foldable cover window including a flexible film, a hard coating layer on the flexible film and at least two first adhesive layers disposed on a rear surface of the flexible film; a back plate disposed on a rear surface of the foldable display panel; a second adhesive layer disposed between the foldable display panel and a top surface of the back plate; a third adhesive layer disposed on a rear surface of the back plate; and a bottom plate disposed on the third adhesive layer. 2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the bottom plate is a single, continuous member. 3 . The foldable display device of claim 1 , wherein the hard coating layer of the foldable cover window is a first hard coating layer, the foldable display device further comprising: a second hard coating layer. 4 . The foldable display device of claim 3 , wherein the first hard coating layer and the second hard coating layer are on opposite sides of the flexible film of the foldable cover window. 5 . The foldable display device of claim 1 , wherein the foldable display panel includes an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area, the foldable display device further comprising: a decoration film disposed on the foldable display panel, the decoration film including a black matrix corresponding to the non-active area of the foldable display panel. 6 . The foldable display device of claim 1 , wherein the foldable display panel includes a light emitting element and an encapsulation layer. 7 . The foldable display device of claim 6 , further comprising: a layer including a touch assembly configured to detect a touch input, the touch assembly disposed on the encapsulation layer. 8 . A foldable display device, comprising: a foldable display panel including an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area; a foldable cover window located on the foldable display panel, the foldable cover window including a flexible film and a hard coating layer on the flexible film; a decoration film on the foldable display panel, the decoration film including a black matrix corresponding to the non-active area of the foldable display panel; a first adhesive member between the hard coating layer and the decoration film; a back plate disposed on a rear surface of the foldable display panel; a second adhesive member disposed between the foldable display panel and a top surface of the back plate; a third adhesive member disposed on a rear surface of the back plate; and a bottom plate disposed on the third adhesive member. 9 . The foldable display device of claim 8 , wherein the bottom plate includes a continuous portion. 10 . The foldable display device of claim 8 , further comprising: at least one fourth adhesive member between the decoration film and the foldable display panel. 11 . The foldable display device of claim 8 , wherein the first adhesive member comprises at least two components between the decoration film and the foldable display panel. 12 . The foldable display device of claim 8 , wherein the hard coating layer of the foldable cover window is a first hard coating layer, the foldable display device further comprising: a second hard coating layer. 13 . The foldable display device of claim 12 , wherein the first hard coating layer and the second hard coating layer are on opposite sides of the flexible film of the foldable cover window. 14 . The foldable display device of claim 8 , wherein the foldable display panel includes a light emitting element and an encapsulation layer. 15 . The foldable display device of claim 14 , further comprising: a layer including a touch assembly configured to detect a touch input, the touch assembly disposed on the foldable display panel. 16 . The foldable display device of claim 8 , wherein the second adhesive member is disposed directly on the foldable display panel and directly on the top surface of the back plate. 17 . A foldable display device, comprising: a foldable display panel including a light emitting element and an encapsulation layer; a foldable cover window disposed on the foldable display panel, the foldable cover window including at least one flexible film and at least one hard coating layer; at least two first adhesive layers disposed between the foldable cover window and the foldable display panel; a back plate disposed on a rear surface of the foldable display panel; a second adhesive layer disposed between the foldable display panel and a top surface of the back plate; a third adhesive layer disposed on a rear surface of the back plate; and a bottom plate disposed on the third adhesive layer. 18 . The foldable display device of claim 17 , wherein the bottom plate is a single continuous layer. 19 . The foldable display device of claim 17 , wherein the at least one hard coating layer of the foldable cover window includes a first hard coating layer and a second hard coating layer. 20 . The foldable display device of claim 19 , wherein the first hard coating layer and the second hard coating layer are on opposite sides of the flexible film of the foldable cover window. 21 . The foldable display device of claim 17 , wherein the foldable display panel includes an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area, the foldable display device further comprising: a decoration film including a black matrix corresponding to the non-active area of the foldable display panel. 22 . The foldable display device of claim 17 , wherein the third adhesive layer is disposed directly on the rear surface of the back plate, and wherein the bottom plate is disposed directly on the third adhesive layer. 23 . The foldable display device of claim 17 , wherein the foldable display panel, the foldable cover window, the at least two first adhesive layers, the back plate, the second adhesive layer, the third adhesive layer, and the bottom plate are arranged in a multi-layer stack, and wherein the bottom plate is a bottommost layer in the multi-layer stack. 24 . The foldable display device of claim 17 , further comprising: a layer including a touch assembly configured to detect a touch input, the touch assembly disposed on the foldable display panel.
