A lens moving apparatus is provided, including a housing, a bobbin disposed inside the housing, a coil disposed around the bobbin, a magnet disposed in the housing, an elastic member coupled to the housing and the bobbin, and a damper disposed on the elastic member and the housing. The elastic member includes an inner part coupled to the bobbin, an outer part coupled to the housing, and a connection part for coupling the inner part and the outer part. The connection part is disposed on first to fourth quadrants of a plane having a first axis and a second axis, and is symmetrical with reference to the first axis. The plane includes first and second sides facing each other in a direction in parallel to the first axis and third and fourth sides facing each other in a direction in parallel to the second axis.

1 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a cover comprising a upper plate and a side plate extending downward from the upper plate; a bobbin disposed inside the cover; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a first magnet disposed between the bobbin and the side plate of the cover; a base disposed under the bobbin and coupled to the side plate of the cover; a second magnet disposed on the bobbin; a sensor disposed on the base and configured to detect the second magnet; and a terminal inserted into the base and conductively connected to the sensor, wherein at least a portion of the terminal is embedded in the base. 2 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the bobbin is configured to move in an optical-axis direction by an interaction between the first magnet and the coil. 3 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a through hole penetrating the base in an optical-axis direction. 4 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the bobbin comprises a recess in which the second magnet is disposed. 5 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , comprising a lower elastic member connecting the bobbin and the base. 6 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal comprises: a first portion; and a second portion extending from the first portion and conductively connected to the sensor, wherein a part the first portion protrudes downward from the base. 7 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein a part of the second portion penetrates the base. 8 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the lower elastic member comprises an inner portion connecting to the bobbin, an outer portion connecting to the base, and a connector connecting the inner portion and the outer portion. 9 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal comprises a plurality of terminals that are spaced apart from each other. 10 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the terminal comprises four terminals, and wherein the lower elastic member comprises two lower elastic units that are spaced apart from each other and conductively connected to the coil. 11 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the sensor comprises a Hall element and a driver IC. 12 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the sensor is configured to apply current to the coil. 13 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the second magnet is disposed between the bobbin and the coil in a direction perpendicular to the optical-axis direction. 14 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first magnet comprises two magnet units that are opposite to each other with respect to the bobbin. 15 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal is formed integrally with the base. 16 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the coil is disposed on an outer periphery of the bobbin. 17 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a cover comprising a upper plate and a side plate extending downward from the upper plate; a bobbin disposed inside the cover and configured to move in an optical-axis direction; a base disposed under the bobbin and coupled to the side plate of the cover; a second magnet disposed on the bobbin; a sensor disposed on the base and configured to detect the second magnet; and a terminal inserted into the base and conductively connected to the sensor, wherein the terminal comprises: a first portion embedded in the base; and a second portion connecting the first portion and conductively connected to the sensor, wherein a part the first portion protrudes downward from the base. 18 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 17 , comprising: a coil disposed on the bobbin; and a first magnet configured to move the bobbin in the optical-axis direction by an interaction with the coil. 19 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the sensor comprises a driver IC that is configured to apply current to the coil. 20 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a cover comprising a upper plate and a side plate extending downward from the upper plate; a bobbin disposed inside the cover and configured to move in an optical-axis direction; a base disposed under the bobbin and coupled to the side plate of the cover; a second magnet disposed on the bobbin; and a sensor disposed on the base and configured to detect the second magnet.
