1 . A drug supply device, comprising: a conveyor that guides travel of a drug; and a drug accelerator that pivots by a motor, blocks the drug on the conveyor in a first attitude, and pivots toward a second attitude to accelerate and deliver the drug, wherein the conveyor includes a retainer that retains the drug in a state where blocking by the drug accelerator is released, and the drug accelerator accelerates and delivers the drug retained in the retainer. 2 . The drug supply device according to claim 1 , wherein the retainer is curved to be at least partly positioned higher toward a front side in a traveling direction of the drug. 3 . The drug supply device according to claim 2 , wherein: the drug accelerator includes a deliverer that accelerates and delivers the drug, and the retainer is curved along a trajectory of a tip of the deliverer during a pivot of the drug accelerator. 4 . The drug supply device according to claim 3 , wherein the drug is delivered diagonally upward in the traveling direction by the deliverer. 5 . The drug supply device according to claim 4 , wherein the conveyor includes a cover member that bounces downward the drug delivered by the deliverer. 6 . The drug supply device according to claim 1 , wherein the drug accelerator oscillates between the first attitude and the second attitude by the motor. 7 . The drug supply device according to claim 1 , wherein the drug accelerator includes: a blocker that blocks the drug, and a deliverer that delivers the drug. 8 . The drug supply device according to claim 7 , wherein the drug accelerator in the first attitude closes off, by the blocker and the deliverer, a space surrounded by the conveyor, such that the space is impassable by the drug.
