1 . A release liner comprising: a surface provided with a plurality of ridge portions intersecting with each other, wherein the ridge portions are seamlessly and integrally formed with the surface, and on the surface, a plurality of recesses having different depths are randomly formed between two ridge portions in a surface direction and are continuously connected. 2 . The release liner of claim 1 , further comprising a configuration in which a support and a covering layer are stacked, wherein the recesses and the ridge portions are formed in the covering layer. 3 . The release liner of claim 2 , wherein the support comprises a paper base material including woodfree paper, glassine paper, or kraft paper, or resin including polyethylene terephthalate. 4 . The release liner of claim 2 , wherein the covering layer comprises a thermoplastic resin or another resin. 5 . The release liner of claim 1 , wherein the ridge portions extend linearly or in a bent form on the surface, wherein the recesses are connected to form fine irregularities. 6 . The release liner of claim 1 , wherein the ridge portions have a cross-sectional shape that is triangular, rectangular, trapezoidal, or a variation thereof. 7 . The release liner of claim 1 , wherein the ridge portions are provided so as to be separated from each other at a predetermined pitch. 8 . The release liner of claim 1 , wherein the ridge portions are provided in a grid pattern in which the ridge portions intersect with each other. 9 . The release liner of claim 1 , wherein the recesses are connected even at edges of the ridge portions, forming continuous surface irregularities.
