A lens moving apparatus including a base, a coil board disposed on the base and comprising a first bore, a second coil, and a terminal conductively connected to the second coil, a housing disposed on the coil board, a bobbin disposed in the housing, a first magnet disposed at the housing so as to be opposite to the second coil in an optical axis direction, a pad portion disposed between the coil board and the base, a conductive adhesive member connecting the terminal of the coil board and the pad portion. The terminal is disposed to contact an inner circumferential surface of the coil board, and the pad portion comprises a curved surface.

What is claimed is: 1 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base; a coil board disposed on the base and comprising a first bore, a second coil, and a terminal conductively connected to the second coil; a housing disposed on the coil board; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a first magnet disposed at the housing so as to be opposite to the second coil in an optical axis direction; a pad portion disposed between the coil board and the base; and a conductive adhesive member connecting the terminal of the coil board and the pad portion, wherein the terminal is disposed to contact an inner circumferential surface of the coil board, and the pad portion comprises a curved surface. 2 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the pad portion comprises: a first portion facing the terminal in the optical axis direction; a second portion disposed to be opposite to the first portion in the optical axis direction; and a third portion connecting the first portion and the second portion, and wherein the third portion comprises the curved surface. 3 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal of the coil board comprises a side surface exposed to the inner circumferential surface of the coil board. 4 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the conductive adhesive member contacts the terminal of the coil board and the pad portion. 5 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the terminal of the coil board overlaps the pad portion in the optical axis direction. 6 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the exposed side surface of the terminal of the coil board forms the same surface as the inner circumferential surface of the coil board. 7 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal of the coil board is exposed from a lower surface of the coil board. 8 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal of the coil board comprises a plurality of terminals spaced apart from each other, and the pad portion comprises a plurality of pads corresponding to the plurality of terminals, and wherein the conductive adhesive member comprises a plurality of conductive adhesive members connecting the plurality of terminals and the plurality of pads. 9 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a first coil disposed on the bobbin, wherein the bobbin is configured to move in the optical axis direction by an interaction between the first coil and the first magnet. 10 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the housing is configured to move in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction by an interaction between the second coil and the first magnet. 11 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: an upper elastic member coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin and an upper portion of the housing; and a support member coupled to the upper elastic member and electrically connected to the circuit board. 12 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second coil is disposed between the first bore of the coil board and an outer circumferential surface of the coil board. 13 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 10 , further comprising first and second sensors configured to detect a displacement of the housing. 14 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first magnet comprises four magnet units disposed on four side portions of the housing and the second coil comprises four coil units corresponding to the four magnet units. 15 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the conductive adhesive member contacts at least one of the first to third portions of the pad portion. 16 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base; a coil board disposed on the base and comprising a first bore, a second coil, and a terminal conductively connected to the second coil; a housing disposed on the coil board; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a first magnet disposed at the housing so as to be opposite to the second coil in an optical axis direction; a pad portion disposed between the coil board and the base; and a conductive adhesive member connecting the terminal of the coil board and the pad portion, wherein the terminal has a side surface exposed to an inner circumferential surface thereof, and wherein the pad comprises: a first portion facing the terminal in the optical axis direction; a second portion disposed to be opposite to the first portion in the optical axis direction; and a third portion comprising a curved surface connecting the first portion and the second portion. 17 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 16 , further comprising: a first coil disposed on the bobbin; an upper elastic member coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin and an upper portion of the housing; and a support member coupled to the upper elastic member and electrically connected to the coil board, wherein the bobbin is configured to move in the optical axis direction by an interaction between the first coil and the first magnet, and wherein the housing is configured to move in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction by an interaction between the second coil and the first magnet. 18 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein at least a portion of the terminal of the coil board overlaps the pad portion in the optical axis direction. 19 . A camera module comprising: a lens; the lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 ; and an image sensor. 20 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base; a coil board disposed on the base; a housing disposed on the coil board; a bobbin disposed in the housing; and a first magnet disposed at the housing.
