1 : A method of recovering phosphoric acid from a fermentation broth or a fermentation waste liquid, the method comprising the steps of: (a) concentrating a phosphoric acid-containing fermentation broth or fermentation waste liquid; (b) adjusting pH of the concentrated solution to 8 to 11 by adding ammonia gas or an ammonia solution to the concentrated solution; and (c) separating ammonium phosphate or a hydrate thereof from the pH-adjusted concentrated solution. 2 : A method of reusing phosphoric acid from a fermentation broth or fermentation waste liquid, the method comprising the steps of: (a) concentrating a phosphoric acid-containing fermentation broth or fermentation waste liquid; (b) adjusting pH of the concentrated solution to 8 to 11 by adding ammonia gas or an ammonia solution to the concentrated solution; (c) separating ammonium phosphate or a hydrate thereof from the pH-adjusted concentrated solution; and (d) adding the ammonium phosphate or the hydrate thereof to a medium. 3 : The method of claim 1 , wherein the ammonium phosphate is diammonium hydrogen phosphate. 4 : The method of claim 1 , wherein the fermentation broth comprises (i) O-phosphoserine, (ii) O-phosphohomoserine, or (iii) an amino acid or derivative thereof, prepared by adding O-phosphoserine or O-phosphohomoserine, a converting enzyme or a microorganism expressing the same, and a sulfide. 5 : The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of cooling the pH-adjusted concentrated solution, and/or a step of adding a crystal of ammonium phosphate or a hydrate thereof as a crystal nucleus between step (b) and step (c), or in step (c). 6 : The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of cooling the pH-adjusted concentration solution, and/or a step of adding a crystal of ammonium phosphate or a hydrate thereof as a crystal nucleus between step (b) and step (c), or in step (c). 7 : The method of claim 1 , wherein the hydrate is diammonium hydrogen phosphate heptahydrate or diammonium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate. 8 : The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of crystallizing the ammonium phosphate or the hydrate thereof of step (c) from a mother liquor. 9 : The method of claim 8 , wherein step (c) comprises (i) a step of concentrating a mother liquor, (ii) a step of adjusting pH of the mother liquor to 8 to 11, and (iii) a step of crystallizing ammonium phosphate or the hydrate thereof from the pH-adjusted mother liquor and separating the same. 10 : The method of claim 9 , further comprising a step of adding a crystal of the ammonium phosphate or the hydrate thereof as a crystal nucleus to the mother liquor between step (ii) and step (iii) or in step (iii). 11 : The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of adjusting pH of the fermentation broth or the fermentation waste liquid to 8 to 11, before step (a). 12 : The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of adding an alcohol in step (b); or between step (b) and step (c). 13 : The method of claim 12 , wherein the alcohol is methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, or a combination thereof. 14 : The method of claim 2 , wherein the ammonium phosphate is diammonium hydrogen phosphate. 15 : The method of claim 2 , wherein the fermentation broth comprises (i) O-phosphoserine, (ii) O-phosphohomoserine, or (iii) an amino acid or derivative thereof, prepared by adding O-phosphoserine or O-phosphohomoserine, a converting enzyme or a microorganism expressing the same, and a sulfide. 16 : The method of claim 2 , wherein the hydrate is diammonium hydrogen phosphate heptahydrate or diammonium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate.
