According to embodiments (main aspect), a wireless communication system includes one or more base stations and a plurality of user equipment UEs. The plurality of user equipment is configured for a sidelink communication (e.g., a sidelink transmission), wherein a sidelink communication includes one or more sidelink frames each having a control region and a data region wherein the control region includes a first control region and a second control region, wherein the first control region including basic information regarding a sidelink transmission of a packet, the second control region including information regarding data transmission resource location or data transmission resource locations of the packet. Here, a transmission of the packet uses more than a single data transmission resource location in a single sidelink frame, and/or wherein the packet is to be transmitted in data transmission resource locations across one or more subsequent sidelink frames, or wherein multiple versions of the packet are to be transmitted in data transmission resource locations across one or more subsequent sidelink frames.

An apparatus comprising: a processor circuit and a memory circuit, wherein the memory is arranged to store instructions for the processor circuit, wherein the processor circuit is arranged for a sidelink communication, wherein the sidelink communication comprises at least one sidelink frame, wherein each of the at least one sidelink frame has a control region and a data region, wherein the control region comprises a first control region and a second control region, wherein the first control region comprises a first control information, wherein the control information is transmitted within the data region, wherein the second control region comprises a second control information, wherein the second information is transmitted or partially transmitted using layer 2 Radio Resource Control PC5-Radio Resource Control. 2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second control information is partially transmitted within the second control region. 3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first control region is transmitted using of any of the sidelink frames previous to the sidelink frame used for a sidelink transmission of a packet data region. 4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second control region is transmitted in at least one subsequent time sidelink frames. 5 . The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the size of the second control region is reduced gradually. 6 . The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein a first portion of the second control information is reduced, wherein a second portion of the second control information is increased, wherein the second portion is transmitted using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 7 . The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein a first portion of the second control information is increased, wherein a second portion of the second control information is reduced, wherein the second portion is transmitted using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 8 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second control region is transmitted using of a sidelink frame previous to the sidelink frame used for a sidelink transmission of a packet data region or together with the sidelink transmission of the packet data region. 9 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first control region comprises an information pointing to the second control region or to the information belonging to a second control region transmitted or partially transmitted using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 10 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the information belonging to a second control region transmitted or partially transmitted as second control region of the control region comprises an information pointing to the second control region of a subsequent sidelink frame or to the information belonging to the second control region transmitted or partially transmitted using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 11 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second control region comprises an information regarding data transmission resource location or data transmission resource locations of a packet data region. 12 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a transmission of the packet data region uses more than a single data transmission resource location in a single sidelink frame. 13 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a packet data region is transmitted in data transmission resource locations across one or more subsequent sidelink frames. 14 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein multiple versions of a packet data region are transmitted in data transmission resource locations across one or more subsequent sidelink frames. 15 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control information is transmitted by at least one base stations. 16 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein information is transmitted using an Radio Resource Control configuration over the Uu-link instead of the layer 2 Radio Resource Control configuration over the layers 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control link, wherein the second control comprises the information. 17 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the apparatus comprises one at least one of: a mobile terminal; stationary terminal; cellular IoT-UE; vehicular UE; an IoT or narrowband IoT, NB IoT, device; a ground base station vehicle; an aerial vehicle; a drone; a moving base station; a roadside unit; and a building. 18 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the sidelink frame comprises a transmission time interval, a certain interval for which the apparatus reserved resources. 19 . A method comprising: communicating over a sidelink communication, wherein the sidelink communication comprises at least one sidelink frame, wherein each of the at least one sidelink frame has a control region and a data region, wherein the control region comprises a first control region and a second control region; transmitting or receiving a first control information, wherein the first control region comprises the first control information within the data region; and transmitting or receiving a second control information, wherein the second control region comprises the second control information, wherein the second information is transmitted or partially transmitted using layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control. 20 . A computer program stored on a non-transitory medium, wherein the computer program when executed on a processor performs the method as claimed in claim 19 . 21 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising partially transmitting the second control information within the second control region. 22 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising transmitting the first control region using of any of the sidelink frames previous to the sidelink frame used for a sidelink transmission of a packet data region. 23 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising transmitting the second control region in at least one subsequent time sidelink frames. 24 . The method of claim 23 , further comprising reducing the control region. 25 . The method of claim 23 , further comprising: reducing a first portion of the second control information, wherein a second portion of the second control information is increased; and transmitting the second portion using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 26 . The apparatus of claim 23 , further comprising: increasing a first portion of the second control information; reducing a second portion of the second control information; and transmitting the second portion using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 27 . The apparatus of claim 19 , further comprising, transmitting the second control region using of a sidelink frame previous to the sidelink frame used for a sidelink transmission of a packet data region or together with the sidelink transmission of the packet data region. 28 . The apparatus of claim 19 , wherein the first control region comprises an information pointing to the second control region or to the information belonging to a second control region transmitted or partially transmitted using the layer 2 PC5-Radio Resource Control configurations. 29 .
