What is claimed is: 1 . A lens moving apparatus, comprising: a cover member comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate; a bobbin disposed in the cover member; a coil and a driving magnet configured to move the bobbin in an optical axis direction with respect to the cover member; a sensing magnet disposed on the bobbin; and a position sensor configured to sense the sensing magnet, wherein the sensing magnet does not protrude from an outermost of the bobbin. 2 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , comprising a plurality of terminals electrically connected with the position sensor, wherein the cover member comprises a groove formed on a lower end of the lateral plate at a position corresponding with the plurality of terminals. 3 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of terminals are exposed outside through the groove of the cover member. 4 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the lateral plate of the cover member comprises first and second lateral plates opposite to each other, and third and fourth lateral plates opposite to each other, wherein the sensing magnet is disposed between the bobbin and the first lateral plate, and wherein a part of the coil is disposed between the sensing magnet and the first lateral plate in a first direction perpendicular to the first lateral plate. 5 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the sensing magnet is overlapped with the position sensor in the first direction. 6 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the part of the coil is disposed between the sensing magnet and the position sensor in the first direction. 7 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the driving magnet is overlapped with the coil in a second direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction and different from the first direction. 8 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the bobbin comprises a recess on an outer surface of the bobbin, and wherein at least a part of the sensing magnet is disposed in the recess of the bobbin. 9 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the sensing magnet is visible on the bobbin when viewed from below. 10 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the recess of the bobbin comprises an opening in the optical axis direction, and wherein the sensing magnet is disposed between the bobbin and the coil. 11 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 8 , comprising a weight balance member, wherein the bobbin comprises an additional recess on the outer surface of the bobbin at a position opposite to the recess, and wherein the weight balance member is disposed in the additional recess. 12 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , comprising: a housing disposed between the cover member and the bobbin; and a circuit board disposed with the position sensor, wherein at least a part of the circuit board is disposed between the housing and the lateral plate of the cover member. 13 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 2 , comprising a circuit board disposed with the position sensor, wherein the circuit board comprises a terminal part comprising the plurality of terminals. 14 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the sensing magnet is not overlapped with the driving magnet in the first direction. 15 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 8 , wherein an adhesive is disposed in the recess of the bobbin. 16 . A camera apparatus, comprising: a printed circuit board; an image sensor disposed on the printed circuit board; the lens moving apparatus of claim 1 ; and a lens coupled to the bobbin of the lens moving apparatus. 17 . A smartphone comprising the camera apparatus of claim 16 . 18 . A lens moving apparatus, comprising: a base; a bobbin disposed on the base; a coil and a driving magnet configured to move the bobbin in an optical axis direction with respect to the base; a sensing magnet disposed on the bobbin; and a position sensor configured to sense the sensing magnet, wherein the sensing magnet does not protrude from an outermost of the bobbin. 19 . The lens moving apparatus of claim 18 , wherein the lateral plate of the cover member comprises first and second lateral plates opposite to each other, and third and fourth lateral plates opposite to each other, wherein the sensing magnet is disposed between the bobbin and the first lateral plate, and wherein a part of the coil is disposed between the sensing magnet and the first lateral plate in a first direction perpendicular to the first lateral plate. 20 . A lens moving apparatus, comprising: a cover member comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate; a bobbin disposed in the cover member; a coil and a driving magnet configured to move the bobbin in an optical axis direction with respect to the cover member; a sensing magnet disposed on the bobbin; and a position sensor configured to sense the sensing magnet.
