What is claimed is: 1 . An electronic device, comprising: a first diode; a first transistor coupled to the first diode and comprising a semiconductor; a second transistor coupled to the first transistor; a second diode; a third transistor coupled to the second diode and comprising a semiconductor; a fourth transistor coupled to the third transistor; a first signal line coupled to the second transistor and the fourth transistor; and a power line coupled to the first transistor and the third transistor, wherein the power line is disposed between the semiconductor of the first transistor and the semiconductor of the third transistor. 2 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a second signal line coupled to the second transistor, wherein the second signal line and the power line extend along a same direction. 3 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a maximum width of the power line is greater than a maximum width of the second signal line. 4 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the second signal line is used as a data line. 5 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second transistor and the fourth transistor are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the power line. 6 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first signal line crosses the power line. 7 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first signal line is used as a gate of the second transistor and a gate of the fourth transistor. 8 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power line comprises a main portion extending along a direction and two extension portions respectively overlapped with the semiconductor of the first transistor and the semiconductor of the third transistor. 9 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the two extension portions respectively extending along two directions different from the direction.
