An aspect of the present invention is a sulfide solid electrolyte that contains at least one element M selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, B, Mg, Zr, Ti, Hf, Ca, Sr, Sc, Ce, Ta, Nb, W, Mo, and V, and N and has a crystalline structure. Another aspect of the present invention is a sulfide solid electrolyte that contains Al and N and that has a crystalline structure.

1 . A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte, comprising: using as a raw material at least one nitride selected from the group consisting of AlN, BN, and Si 3 N 4 . 2 . A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte according to claim 1 , wherein the raw materials further comprise Li 2 S and P 2 S 5 . 3 . A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte according to claim 2 , wherein the raw materials further comprise Li 3 N. 4 . A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte, comprising: using as a raw material a nitride comprising lithium and at least one element M, wherein M is selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, B, Mg, Zr, Ti, Hf, Ca, Sr, Sc, Ce, Ta, Nb, W, Mo, and V. 5 . A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte according to claim 4 , wherein the raw materials further comprise Li 2 S and P 2 S 5 .
