What is claimed is: 1 . An electronic device, comprising: memory storing instructions; and at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, wherein the instructions, when executed by at least one processor, cause the electronic device to: transmit a signal according to a Tx duty which is set based on a time division duplex (TDD) band, calculate a maximum power value output based on transmitting the signal based on a maximum transmission power value considering a time average SAR, identify an occurrence of an event in the electronic device, set a maximum instantaneous power value corresponding to the event, and compare the calculated maximum transmission power value and the set maximum instantaneous power value to use a lower power value as a maximum power value capable of outputting at the Tx duty. 2 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to: use the set maximum instantaneous power value as the maximum power value of the signal transmission based on the set maximum instantaneous power value being less than the calculated maximum transmission power value; and use the calculated maximum transmission power value as the maximum power value of the signal transmission based on the set maximum instantaneous power value being greater than or equal to the calculated maximum transmission power value. 3 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device further to: clip the calculated maximum transmission power value to the set maximum instantaneous power value based on the set maximum instantaneous power value being less than the calculated maximum transmission power value. 4 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the calculated maximum transmission power value is calculated as Plimit+10*log 10 (100/duty), and wherein Plimit is a power value based on the Tx duty being 100%, and the duty is a Tx duty value based on transmitting the signal. 5 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the event occurs based on the calculated maximum transmission power value exceeding a power value appropriate for the electronic device to perform a specific operation. 6 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to: compare the set maximum instantaneous power value and the maximum transmission power value calculated according to a value related to the Tx duty being changed. 7 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the signal includes a signal transmitted based on a camera being executed simultaneously in the electronic device supporting TDD communication. 8 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the signal includes a signal transmitted from a terminal supporting an SRS Tx. 9 .
