A secondary battery including a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The negative electrode includes a silicon-based active material and a carbon-based active material. The positive electrode includes a lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle, and one or more of LCO (LiCoO 2 ), LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ) and LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of secondary particles. The lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle contains 55 mol. % or more of nickel with respect to 100 mol. % of metals excluding lithium.

1 . A secondary battery comprising: a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active material that comprises a lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle, and one or more of LCO (LiCoO 2 ), LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ) or LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of secondary particles; and a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active material that comprises a silicon-based active material and a carbon-based active material, wherein the lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle contains 55 mol. % or more of nickel with respect to 100 mol. % of metals excluding lithium. 2 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the one or more of LCO (LiCoO 2 ), LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ), or LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of secondary particles is comprised in an amount of from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the positive electrode active material. 3 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode has a porosity of from 19% to 23%. 4 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the silicon-based active material is comprised in an amount of from 1 to 15 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the negative electrode active material. 5 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein an average particle diameter (D 50 ) of the lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle is from 3 μm to 10 μm. 6 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises a lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle, and one or more of LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ) or LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of secondary particles. 7 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises the one or more of LCO (LiCoO 2 ), LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ) or LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of secondary particles in an amount of from 0.1 to 3 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the positive electrode active material. 8 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle contains 55 mol. % or more and less than 80 mol. % of nickel with respect to 100 mol. % of metals excluding lithium. 9 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle contains 80 mol. % or more of nickel with respect to 100 mol. % of metals excluding lithium. 10 . The secondary battery of claim 2 , wherein the one or more of LCO (LiCoO 2 ), LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ), or LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of secondary particles is comprised in an amount of from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the positive electrode active material. 11 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises a lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle, and LCO (LiCoO 2 ) in the form of a secondary particle, and wherein LCO (LiCoO 2 ) in the form of a secondary particle is comprised in an amount of from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the positive electrode active material. 12 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises a lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle, and LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ) in the form of a secondary particle, and wherein LMO (LiMn 2 O 4 ) in the form of a secondary particle is comprised in an amount of from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the positive electrode active material. 13 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises a lithium nickel-based active material in the form of a single particle, and LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of a secondary particle, and wherein LFP (LiFePO 4 ) in the form of a secondary particle is comprised in an amount of from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the positive electrode active material. 14 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the carbon-based active material is comprised in an amount of 60 parts by weight or more and 99 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the negative electrode active material. 15 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the silicon-based active material comprises SiOx (0<x<2). 16 . The secondary battery of claim 15 , wherein the silicon based active material comprises SiOx (0<x<2), and at least one of a Mg-containing compound or a Li-containing compound is present in the SiOx (0<x<2) or on a surface of SiO x (0<x<2). 17 . The secondary battery of claim 1 , comprising an electrolyte selected from an organic liquid electrolyte, an inorganic liquid electrolyte, a solid polymer electrolyte, a gel-type polymer electrolyte, a solid inorganic electrolyte, a molten-type inorganic electrolyte, or combinations thereof. 18 . A battery module comprising a secondary battery according to claim 1 as a unit cell. 19 . A battery pack comprising the secondary battery according to claim 1 . 20 . A battery pack comprising the battery module according to claim 18 .
