1 - 55 . (canceled) 56 . One or more polynucleotide molecules encoding an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to epidermal growth factor-like domain-containing protein 6 (EGFL6) and comprises: (a) a V H CDR1 identical to SEQ ID NO: 64; (b) a V H CDR2 identical to SEQ ID NO:65; (c) a V H CDR3 identical to SEQ ID NO: 66; (d) a V L CDR1 identical to SEQ ID NO: 126; (e) a V L CDR2 identical to SEQ ID NO: 127; and (f) a V L CDR3 identical to SEQ ID NO: 128. 57 . The one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 , wherein the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof comprises a V H domain at least about 80% identical to SEQ ID NO: 177; and a V L domain at least about 80% identical to SEQ ID NO: 178. 58 . The one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 , wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment is an IgG. 59 . The one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 , wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment is an Fab′, an F(ab′) 2 , an F(ab′) 3 , a monovalent scFv, or a bivalent scFv. 60 . The one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 , wherein the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof comprises a V H domain identical to SEQ ID NO: 177 and a V L domain identical to SEQ ID NO: 178. 61 . The one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 , wherein the one or more polynucleotide molecules are comprised within an expression vector. 62 . A cell comprising the one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 . 63 . The cell of claim 62 , wherein the cell is selected from the group consisting of a mammalian cell, a yeast cell, a bacterial cell, and an insect cell. 64 . A method of manufacturing an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, the method comprising expressing the one or more polynucleotide molecules of claim 56 in a cell and purifying the antibody from the cell.
