A light-emitting device may include a first electrode, a second electrode opposite the first electrode, and an interlayer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the interlayer may include a first emission layer and an electron transport region between the first emission layer and the second electrode, the first emission layer may include a 1a emission layer and a 1b emission layer between the 1a emission layer and the electron transport region, and the 1b emission layer may include a low-refractive-index host having a refractive index of about 1.8 or less.

What is claimed is: 1 . A light-emitting device comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode opposite the first electrode; and an interlayer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the interlayer comprises: a first emission layer; and an electron transport region between the first emission layer and the second electrode, wherein the first emission layer comprises: a 1 a emission layer; and a 1 b emission layer between the 1 a emission layer and the electron transport region, and wherein the 1 b emission layer comprises a low-refractive-index host having a refractive index of about 1.8 or less. 2 . The light-emitting device of claim 1 , wherein the 1 b emission layer is in contact with the 1 a emission layer. 3 . The light-emitting device of claim 1 , wherein the 1 b emission layer is in contact with the electron transport region. 4 .
