A cooling member includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and cooling water contained into an inner space between the upper plate and the lower plate. Sealing parts are formed at edges of the upper plate and the lower plate, wherein a coupling groove is formed inside the sealing part. A fastening part coupled by a fastening member is formed outside the sealing part.

1 . A cooling member comprising: an upper plate, a lower plate, and an inner space between the upper plate and the lower plate; a sealing part formed at edges of the upper plate and the lower plate; a coupling groove inside the sealing part; and a fastening part coupled by a fastening member outside the sealing part. 2 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , further comprising a sealing member between the upper plate and the lower plate where the sealing part is formed. 3 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , further comprising a first recessed part formed by introducing the upper plate into the lower plate or by introducing the lower plate into the upper plate formed in the coupling groove. 4 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , further comprising a flow path forming groove that guides a flow of cooling water. 5 . The cooling member according to claim 4 , further comprising a second recessed part formed by introducing the upper plate into the lower plate or by introducing the lower plate into the upper plate formed in the flow path forming groove. 6 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , further comprising an anti-deformation groove that prevents shape deformation due to an inflow of cooling water. 7 . The cooling member according to claim 6 , further comprising a third recessed part formed by introducing the upper plate into the lower plate or by introducing the lower plate into the upper plate formed in the anti-deformation groove. 8 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , further comprising a recessed part formed by introducing the upper plate into the lower plate or by introducing the lower plate into the upper plate formed in the cooling member, wherein the recessed part has a depth perpendicular to a direction of flow of cooling water inside the cooling member. 9 . The cooling member according to claim 8 , wherein the recessed part includes an upper recessed part in which the upper plate is deformed and a lower recessed part in which the lower plate is deformed, and wherein a lowest point of the upper surface of the upper recessed part is located below an upper surface of the lower plate on which the recessed part is not formed. 10 . The cooling member according to claim 9 , wherein the lowest point of the upper surface of the upper recessed part is located under a lower surface of the lower plate in which the recessed part is not formed. 11 . The cooling member according to claim 8 , wherein the recessed part includes an upper recessed part in which the upper plate is deformed and a lower recessed part in which the lower plate is deformed, and wherein a maximum value of an outer diameter of the upper recessed part is larger than a minimum value of the inner diameter of the lower recessed part. 12 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , wherein the lower plate includes at least two materials having different physical properties. 13 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , further comprising an inlet port and an outlet port for injecting cooling water into the inner space between the upper plate and the lower plate, wherein the inlet port and the outlet port are connected to an external heat exchanger, and wherein cooling water is circulated through the inlet port and the outlet port. 14 . The cooling member according to claim 1 , wherein the lower plate includes an opening, wherein an upper surface of the lower plate is covered by a cover film, wherein an outer contour shape of the cover film is substantially the same as an outer contour shape of the lower plate, wherein the cover film is made from a material with a lower melting point than a melting point of the lower plate, and wherein the cover film melts at a predetermined temperature to thereby open the opening of the lower plate. 15 .- 28 . (canceled) 29 . A battery module comprising the cooling member according to claim 1 . 30 . A battery pack comprising the cooling member according to claim 1 . 31 . The battery pack according to claim 30 , wherein the battery pack comprises a battery module having a module-less structure.
