A secondary battery is described. The secondary battery includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte solution. The positive electrode plate includes a positive current collector and a positive electrode film layer disposed on at least one surface of the positive current collector. The positive electrode film layer includes a positive active material. The positive active material includes: S1) a lithium-containing compound of an olivine structure, and S2) a vanadium oxide represented by a general formula j(M2O) ·kVOx, where M is one or more of alkali metals, 0≤j≤1, 1≤k≤5, 1≤x≤2.5, a difference of a discharge platform voltage between S1 and S2 is E, and 0.2 V≤E≤2.8 V.

What is claimed is: 1 . A secondary battery, comprising a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte solution, wherein the positive electrode plate comprises a positive current collector and a positive electrode film layer disposed on at least one surface of the positive current collector, the positive electrode film layer comprises a positive active material, and the positive active material comprises: S1 that is a lithium-containing compound of an olivine structure, and S2 that is a vanadium oxide represented by a general formula j(M 2 O)·kVO x , wherein M is one or more of alkali metals, 0≤j≤1, 1≤k≤5, 1≤x≤2.5, a difference of a discharge platform voltage between S1 and S2 is E, and 0.2 V≤E≤2.8 V. 2 . The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein M is one or both of Li and Na, and optionally M is Li, 0≤j/k≤1, and preferably 0.2≤j/k≤0.6. 3 . The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein S1 is a compound represented by a general formula LiA 1-n×y/2 M y PO4, wherein 0≤y≤0.1, wherein A is at least one selected from Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Mn, or Zn, n is a valence state of the metal M, and n=+2, +3, +4, or +5; M is at least one selected from Cr, Pb, Ca, Sr, Ti, Mg, V, Nb, or Zr; and A is identical to or different from M. 4 . The secondary battery claim 1 , wherein S1 is optionally a compound of LiFe 1-n×y/2 M y PO 4 , wherein 0≤y≤0.1, n is a valence state of the metal M, and n=+2, +3, +4, or +5; M is at least one selected from Cr, Pb, Ca, Sr, Ti, Mg, V, Nb, or Zr; and S2 comprises: LiVO 3 , Li 3 V 2 O 5 , Li 4 V 3 O 8 , LiV 3 O 8 , Li 2 VO 3 , LiVO 2 ; V 2 O 5 , V 2 O 3 , V 3 O 4 ; and corresponding Na dopants of such constituents Li 0.95 Na 0.05 VO 3 , Li 2.95 Na 0.05 V 2 O 5 , and Li 3.95 Na 0.05 V 3 O 8 . 5 . The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein a mass percent of vanadium is 1 wt % to 5 wt %, based on a mass of the positive active material; and, in the positive active material, a molar ratio of vanadium to lithium is 1:(5 to 20), and preferably 1:(6 to 10). 6 . The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein a mass ratio of the constituent S1 to the constituent S2 is (3 to 20):1, and preferably (4 to 10):1. 7 . The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein a discharge platform voltage of the constituent S1 is 3.1 V to 4.8 V, and a discharge platform voltage of the constituent S2 is 1.0 V to 3.0 V. 8 . The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the constituent S2 is coated with carbon or a conductive polymer. 9 . A battery module, comprising the secondary battery according to claim 1 . 10 . A battery pack, comprising the battery module according to claim 9 . 11 . An electrical device, comprising at least one of the secondary battery according to claim 1 . 12 . An electrical device, comprising at least one of the battery module according to claim 9 . 13 . An electrical device, comprising the battery pack according to claim 10 .
