Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Provided is a structure protection sheet that allows for significant shortening of the work period required to place the protection sheet on the surface of a structure such as a concrete structure, that can protect the structure over a long period of time, and that further has excellent strength properties. The structure protection sheet is a sheet to be attached to the surface of a structure and includes, in order, a bonding layer, a polymer-cement hardened layer, and a resin layer.

First claim

1 . A structure protection sheet to be attached to a surface of a structure, the structure protection sheet comprising, in order: a bonding layer; a polymer-cement hardened layer; and a resin layer. 2 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the bonding layer comprises an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. 3 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the structure protection sheet has a punching strength of 1.5 kN or more as measured by a punching test specified in JSCE-K 533. 4 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the structure protection sheet has a bond force of 0.5 N/mm 2 or more when attached to the surface of the structure via the bonding layer. 5 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the bonding layer has a thickness of 20 to 500 μm. 6 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the polymer-cement hardened layer comprises a cement component and a resin, and a content of the resin in the polymer-cement hardened layer is from 10 to 40% by weight. 7 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , further comprising a mesh layer. 8 . A method for producing a reinforced structure using the structure protection sheet according to claim 1 , the method comprising: attaching the structure protection sheet to a surface of a structure via the bonding layer. 9 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the structure protection sheet has a punching strength of 1.5 kN or more as measured by a punching test specified in JSCE-K 533. 10 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the structure protection sheet has a bond force of 0.5 N/mm 2 or more when attached to the surface of the structure via the bonding layer. 11 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the bonding layer has a thickness of 20 to 500 μm. 12 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the bonding layer has a thickness of 20 to 500 μm. 13 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 4 , wherein the bonding layer has a thickness of 20 to 500 μm. 14 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the polymer-cement hardened layer comprises a cement component and a resin, and a content of the resin in the polymer-cement hardened layer is from 10 to 40% by weight. 15 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the polymer-cement hardened layer comprises a cement component and a resin, and a content of the resin in the polymer-cement hardened layer is from 10 to 40% by weight. 16 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 4 , wherein the polymer-cement hardened layer comprises a cement component and a resin, and a content of the resin in the polymer-cement hardened layer is from 10 to 40% by weight. 17 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 5 , wherein the polymer-cement hardened layer comprises a cement component and a resin, and a content of the resin in the polymer-cement hardened layer is from 10 to 40% by weight. 18 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 2 , further comprising a mesh layer. 19 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 3 , further comprising a mesh layer. 20 . The structure protection sheet according to claim 4 , further comprising a mesh layer.
